前記ウイルスは、細胞膜に吸着及び/又は融合する表面タンパク質を含む、ウイルス検出用キット。 - 前記標識子は、自己消光された染料(self−quenched dye)、蛍光染料、電気化学発光物質、消光剤、発光染料及び燐光染料よりなる群から選択された一つ以上である、請求項1に記載のウイルス検出用キット。
- 前記プローブは、両親媒性高分子と結合された染料及び両親媒性高分子と結合された消光剤よりなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のウイルス検出用キット。
- 前記両親媒性高分子は、親水性高分子A及び疎水性高分子Bを含むA−Bタイプのブロック共重合体、B−A−Bタイプの三重ブロック共重合体、脂質高分子及びこれらの組合よりなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のウイルス検出用キット。
- 前記プローブは、ミセル(micelle)、ポリマーソーム(polymersome)、コロイドソーム(colloidsome)、ベシクル(vesicle)、リポソーム(liposome)又は液滴(droplet)の形態である、請求項1に記載のウイルス検出用キット。
- 前記ウイルスは、インフルエンザウイルス、コロナウイルス又はパラミクソウイルスである、請求項1に記載のウイルス検出用キット。
- 前記酵素は、フーリン、トリプシン、セリン、エンドプロテアーゼ(endoprotease)及びカルボキシペプチダーゼ(carboxypeptidase)よりなる群から選択された一つ以上である、請求項1に記載のウイルス検出用キット。
