Description
2種の気泡形成剤(LM 1及びLM 2)を表1に従って調製した。ここでは、調製を水から開始し、水にSylvatal 25/30及びRewopol TS 35 Hを添加して、調製物を混合した。続いて、水酸化ナトリウムアルカリ液を添加して、調製物を再び混合した。最後に、およそ28%のTexapon NSOと、Grotan TK 5 PLUSと、配合物に応じてニトリロ三酢酸とを添加し、調製物を再び混合した。

Claims (19)
- 気泡形成剤であって、
発泡効果を有する少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料と、
消泡効果を有する少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料と、
水と、
を含有し、
発泡効果を有する前記気泡形成材料の少なくとも1種がトール油であり、
消泡効果を有する前記気泡形成材料の少なくとも1種が塩基性アニオン界面活性剤であり、
発泡効果を有する前記少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料の効果と、消泡効果を有する前記少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料の効果とが互いに打ち消し合う、気泡形成剤。 - 発泡効果を有する2種の気泡形成材料を含有する、請求項1に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 前記トール油が、蒸留トール油である、請求項1又は2に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 発泡効果を有する前記気泡形成材料の第2の種が界面活性剤である、請求項2又は3に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 前記界面活性剤が、アニオン界面活性剤である、請求項4に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 発泡効果を有する前記少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料と消泡効果を有する前記少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料との比が10:90〜90:10である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 発泡効果を有する前記少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料と消泡効果を有する前記少なくとも1種の気泡形成材料との比が30:70〜70:30である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の気泡形成剤。
- ニトリロ三酢酸、pH調整物質又はアルカリ液を含有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 前記アルカリ液が、水酸化ナトリウムアルカリ液である、請求項8に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 保存剤を含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の気泡形成剤。
- 発泡効果を有する前記気泡形成材料を合計で0.02重量%〜5.00重量%と、消泡効果を有する前記気泡形成材料を合計で0.02重量%〜5.00重量%と、水80重量%〜99.9重量%と、任意にアルカリ液0.05重量%〜1.0重量%と、任意に保存剤0.01重量%〜0.5重量%とを含有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の気泡形成剤。
- セメント質系における気泡の形成のための請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の気泡形成剤の使用。
- 前記セメント質系が、コンクリート混合物及びモルタル混合物である、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 流動化剤を更に使用する、請求項12又は13に記載の使用。
- 前記流動化剤が、ポリカルボキシレートエーテルである、請求項14に記載の使用。
- 前記セメント質系における水/セメント比が0.2〜0.8である、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記セメント質系における水/セメント比が0.4〜0.7である、請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記気泡形成剤が、前記セメント質系の結合材の含有量に対して0.01重量%〜1重量%の量で使用される、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記気泡形成剤が、前記セメント質系の結合材の含有量に対して0.05重量%〜0.6重量%の量で使用される、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
