Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態を示す重荷重用タイヤ1のトレッド部2の展開図である。図1に示されるように、本実施形態の重荷重用タイヤ(以下、単に「タイヤ」ということがある)1は、トレッド部2に、タイヤ周方向に連続してのびる複数本の主溝3と、主溝3で区分された複数の陸部4と有している。
タイヤサイズ:12R22.5
内圧:930kPa
各試供タイヤが、トラックの操舵輪に装着され、ウエット舗装路面での時速80km/hから急制動したときの制動距離が測定された。結果は、比較例1を100とする指標で表示されており、数値が小さいほど良好である。
各試供タイヤが、トラックの操舵輪に装着され、所定の路線を所定の距離走行したときの複数個所の摩耗量が測定された。このときの摩耗量のばらつきが耐偏摩耗性能として評価され、摩耗量の平均が耐摩耗性能として評価された。結果は、比較例1を100とする指数で表示されており、数値が小さいほど良好である。

Claims (10)
- トレッド部に、タイヤ周方向に連続してのびる複数本の主溝と、前記主溝で区分された複数の陸部と有する重荷重用タイヤであって、
前記陸部は、少なくとも一つの第1陸部を含み、
前記第1陸部は、
タイヤ軸方向の一方側の側縁に設けられ、かつ、前記第1陸部の内方へと凹む複数の第1凹部と、
タイヤ軸方向の他方側の側縁に設けられ、かつ、前記第1陸部の内方へと凹む複数の第2凹部と、
一端が前記第1凹部に連通し、かつ、他端が前記第2凹部に連通する複数のサイプと、
一端が前記一方側の側縁の前記第1凹部以外の部分に連通し、かつ、他端が前記他方側の側縁の前記第2凹部以外の部分に連通し、しかも前記サイプよりも溝深さが小さい複数の浅溝とを含むことを特徴とする重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記サイプは、前記浅溝と交差している請求項1に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- 前記サイプは、前記主溝よりも溝深さが小さい請求項1又は2に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- 前記陸部は、タイヤ赤道上のクラウン陸部と、トレッド端側の一対のショルダー陸部と、前記クラウン陸部と前記ショルダー陸部との間に設けられた一対のミドル陸部とを含み、
前記クラウン陸部及び前記ミドル陸部は、前記第1陸部として構成されており、
前記ショルダー陸部は、前記サイプ及び前記浅溝が設けられていない第2陸部として構成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記サイプは、前記クラウン陸部に設けられたクラウンサイプと、前記ミドル陸部に設けられたミドルサイプとを含み、
前記クラウンサイプは、その全長さに亘って第1の方向に傾斜しており、
前記ミドルサイプは、前記クラウンサイプと同じ方向に傾斜する一対の端部分と、前記一対の端部分間で、前記クラウンサイプと逆方向に傾斜する中間部分とを含む請求項4に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記浅溝は、前記クラウン陸部に設けられたクラウン浅溝と、前記ミドル陸部に設けられたミドル浅溝とを含み、
前記クラウン浅溝は、前記クラウンサイプと同じ方向に傾斜する一対の端部分と、前記一対の端部分間で、前記クラウンサイプと逆方向に傾斜する中間部分とを含み、
前記ミドル浅溝は、その全長さに亘って前記クラウンサイプと同じ方向に傾斜している請求項5に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 隣接する前記ミドルサイプの前記端部分と前記クラウン浅溝の前記端部分とは、前記主溝を介して直線状に連続している請求項6に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
- 前記クラウンサイプは、一対の端部分と、前記一対の端部分よりもタイヤ軸方向に対する角度が大きい中間部分とを含み、
前記ミドル浅溝は、一対の端部分と、前記一対の端部分よりもタイヤ軸方向に対する角度が大きい中間部分とを含み、
隣接する前記クラウンサイプの前記端部分と前記ミドル浅溝の前記端部分とは、前記主溝を介して直線状に連続している請求項6又は7に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記クラウンサイプの前記中間部分と、前記クラウン浅溝の前記中間部分とが交差しており、
前記ミドルサイプの前記中間部分と、前記ミドル浅溝の前記中間部分とが交差している請求項8に記載の重荷重用タイヤ。 - 前記クラウンサイプのタイヤ周方向のピッチは、前記クラウン陸部のタイヤ軸方向の最大幅の1.05〜1.33倍である請求項5乃至9のいずれかに記載の重荷重用タイヤ。
