Description
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態1について説明する。
まず、図1および図2を参照して本実施の形態にかかる真空断熱容器1の構成について説明する。
図1は、真空断熱容器1の構成について説明する模式図である。図2は、図1のII−II線に沿う断面図である。図1および図2に示すように、真空断熱容器1は、底を有する外筒2と、外筒2の内側に配置され、底を有する内筒3と、を備えている。内筒3の開口面3dが外筒2の開口面2dよりも外側になるように、外筒2に対して内筒3が配置されている。
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。なお、実施の形態1と共通の部分については共通の符号を付してその説明を省略する。
まず、図5および図6を参照して本実施の形態にかかる真空断熱容器101の概略構成について説明する。

Claims (3)
- 底を有する外筒と、前記外筒の内側に配置され、底を有する内筒と、を備え、前記外筒と前記内筒との間に真空空間が形成された真空断熱容器であって、
前記内筒の開口面が前記外筒の開口面よりも外側になるように、前記外筒に対して前記内筒が配置され、
前記外筒には、前記外筒の開口面に沿って内側に延び、先端部分が前記内筒の外周面から離間した第1環状壁が形成され、
前記内筒には、前記内筒の開口面に沿って外側に延び、前記第1環状壁と対向する第2環状壁が形成され、
前記外筒および前記内筒よりも熱伝導率が低い弾性体で形成され、前記第1環状壁と前記第2環状壁との間に挟圧されて前記真空空間を封止する環状の封止部材をさらに備える、真空断熱容器。 - 前記外筒は、前記外筒の開口面が鉛直方向に沿うように配置されており、前記真空空間の鉛直下方側には、前記内筒の外周面が前記外筒の内周面の方に移動するのを規制する規制部材が配置され、前記規制部材は、前記外筒および前記内筒よりも熱伝導率が低い材質で形成されている、請求項1に記載の真空断熱容器。
- 前記規制部材は、前記内筒と対向する表面において、他の部分よりも摩擦力が低い低摩擦部分を有している、請求項2に記載の真空断熱容器。
