Description
まず、図1および図2を参照して本実施の形態にかかる真空断熱容器1の構成について説明する。
図1は、真空断熱容器1の構成について説明する模式図である。図2は、図1のII−II線に沿う断面図である。図1および図2に示すように、真空断熱容器1は、底を有する外筒2と、外筒2の内側に配置され、底を有する内筒3と、を備えている。内筒3の開口面3dが外筒2の開口面2dよりも外側になるように、外筒2に対して内筒3が配置されている。
図4は、変形例1にかかる封止部材205を示す模式図である。図4に示すように、封止部材205には、第1環状壁2eと対向し第1環状壁2eと平行な面205a、および、第2環状壁3eと対向し第2環状壁3eと平行な面205bが形成されている。
図5は、変形例2にかかる外筒102および内筒103を示す模式図である。図5に示すように、外筒102には、外筒102の開口端において、外筒102の開口面102dに対して傾斜するように径方向内側に延び、先端部分102cが内筒103の外周面103bから離間した第1環状壁102eが形成されている。内筒103には、内筒103の開口端において、外筒102の開口面102dに対して第1環状壁102eと同じ側に傾斜するように径方向外側に延び、第1環状壁102eと対向する第2環状壁103eが形成されている。
図6は、変形例3にかかる外筒302および内筒303を示す模式図である。図6に示すように、外筒302には、外筒302の開口端において、外筒302の開口面102dに対して傾斜するように径方向内側に延び、先端部分302cが内筒303の外周面303bから離間した第1環状壁302eが形成されている。内筒303には、内筒103の開口端において、内筒302の開口面302dに対して傾斜するように径方向外側に延び、第1環状壁302eと対向する第2環状壁303eが形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 底を有する外筒と、前記外筒の内側に配置され底を有する内筒と、を備え、前記外筒と前記内筒との間に真空空間が形成された真空断熱容器であって、
前記内筒の開口面が前記外筒の開口面よりも外側になるように、前記外筒に対して前記内筒が配置され、
前記外筒には、前記外筒の開口端において、前記外筒の開口面に対して傾斜するように径方向内側に延び、先端部分が前記内筒の外周面から離間した第1環状壁が形成され、
前記内筒には、前記内筒の開口端において、前記内筒の開口面に対して傾斜するように径方向外側に延び、前記第1環状壁と対向する第2環状壁が形成され、
前記外筒および前記内筒よりも熱伝導率が低い弾性体で形成され、前記第1環状壁と前記第2環状壁との間に挟圧されて前記真空空間を封止する環状の封止部材をさらに備える、真空断熱容器。 - 第2環状壁は、前記第1環状壁と平行になるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の真空断熱容器。
- 前記封止部材には、前記第1環状壁と対向し前記第1環状壁と平行な面、および、前記第2環状壁と対向し前記第2環状壁と平行な面が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の真空断熱容器。
