Description
図1に示すように、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る発電制御装置を搭載した車両1は、内燃機関としてのエンジン2と、変速機3と、駆動輪4と、発電機としてのモータジェネレータ(以下、「MG」という)5と、二次電池としてのバッテリ6と、エンジンコントローラ7と、発電制御装置10とを含んで構成されている。

Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の動力により発電を行う発電機と、前記発電機により発電された電力を充電可能に構成され、電気負荷に電力を供給する二次電池と、設定された発電機トルクで発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御する制御部とを備えた車両の発電制御装置であって、
前記二次電池の放電深度及び充電率の少なくとも一方を算出する算出部と、
車速を検出する車速検出部と、
前記電気負荷に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記算出部によって算出された前記放電深度及び前記充電率の少なくとも一方と、前記車速検出部によって検出された前記車速と、前記電流検出部によって検出された前記電流とに基づき目標発電コストを設定し、
前記内燃機関の燃料消費量と前記発電機の発電電力とに基づいて算出される発電コストが前記目標発電コストを下回ったことを条件に、発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御することを特徴とする車両の発電制御装置。 - 前記電気負荷において消費される消費電力を算出する消費電力算出部と、
前記消費電力算出部によって算出された前記消費電力分の電力を発電可能な発電機トルクとして下限トルクを算出する下限トルク算出部と、
前記発電機トルクを前記下限トルクから逐次増加させたとした場合に、前記発電機が各発電機トルクで発電したときの発電コストをそれぞれ算出する発電コスト算出部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記発電コスト算出部により算出された複数の発電コストのうち、最小の発電コストとなる発電機トルクで発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の発電制御装置。 - 前記算出部によって算出された前記放電深度及び前記充電率の少なくとも一方が、前記消費電力算出部によって算出された消費電力と前記車速検出部によって算出された車速とに基づき設定された所定値を超えたことを条件に、前記二次電池への充電を許可する充電許可部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記充電許可部により充電が許可されたことを条件に、発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の発電制御装置。 - 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の動力により発電を行う発電機と、前記発電機により発電された電力を充電可能に構成され、電気負荷に電力を供給する第1の二次電池及び第2の二次電池と、設定された発電機トルクで発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御する制御部とを備えた車両の発電制御装置であって、
前記第1の二次電池の放電深度又は充電率を算出する第1の算出部と、
前記第2の二次電池の放電深度又は充電率を算出する第2の算出部と、
車速を検出する車速検出部と、
前記電気負荷に流れる電流を検出する電流検出部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記第1の算出部によって算出された前記放電深度又は前記充電率と、前記第2の算出部によって算出された前記放電深度又は前記充電率と、前記車速検出部によって検出された前記車速と、前記電流検出部によって検出された前記電流とに基づき目標発電コストを設定し、
前記内燃機関の燃料消費量と前記発電機の発電電力とに基づいて算出される発電コストが前記目標発電コストを下回ったことを条件に、発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御することを特徴とする車両の発電制御装置。 - 前記電気負荷において消費される消費電力を算出する消費電力算出部と、
前記消費電力算出部によって算出された前記消費電力分の電力を発電可能な発電機トルクとして下限トルクを算出する下限トルク算出部と、
前記発電機トルクを前記下限トルクから逐次増加させたとした場合に、前記発電機が各発電機トルクで発電したときの発電コストをそれぞれ算出する発電コスト算出部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記発電コスト算出部により算出された複数の発電コストのうち、最小の発電コストとなる発電機トルクで発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の発電制御装置。 - 前記第1の算出部は、前記第1の二次電池の放電深度を算出するよう構成され、
前記第1の算出部によって算出された前記放電深度が、前記消費電力算出部によって算出された消費電力と前記車速検出部によって算出された車速とに基づき設定された所定値を超えたことを条件に、前記第1の二次電池への充電を許可する充電許可部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記充電許可部により充電が許可されたことを条件に、発電を行うよう前記発電機を制御することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の発電制御装置。 - 前記第2の二次電池の劣化度を算出する劣化度算出部をさらに備え、
前記第2の算出部は、前記第2の二次電池の充電率を算出するよう構成され、
前記充電許可部は、前記第2の算出部によって算出された充電率が、前記第1の算出部によって算出された放電深度と、前記消費電力算出部によって算出された消費電力と、前記車速検出部によって算出された車速と、前記劣化度算出部によって算出された劣化度とに基づき設定された所定値を超えたことを条件に、前記第2の二次電池への充電を許可することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両の発電制御装置。 - 前記第1の二次電池が鉛蓄電池で構成され、前記第2の二次電池がリチウムイオン蓄電池で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の車両の発電制御装置。
