Claims (8)
- ガスメータの中に取り付けるためのガス遮断バルブであって、
バルブケーシング内で縦方向に保持される調整ロッドに取り付けられ、バルブシートに対して縦方向に動かされうるバルブディスク、及び
減速歯車装置を介して電気モータによって作動する連結された線形ユニット、を備え、 前記バルブシートはリップシール(6)を有し、
前記電気モータは小型DCモータ(11)であり、
前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)は前記線形ユニットの側に横方向に配置され、
前記線形ユニットは、ラックアンドピニオン伝動装置、又は前記バルブケーシング内(1、3、4、10)のパネル(3)へ統合された調整ナットエレメント(17、17´)及び調整ロッド(18、18´)を備えるすべりねじ伝動装置、であるように設計され、
電圧を加えられた前記小型DCモータ(11)のトルクを制限するために、少なくとも前記バルブの閉位置及び/又は開位置で、前記調整ロッドのねじ山が、前記調整ナットエレメントのねじ山から係脱される、ガス遮断バルブ。 - 前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)によって作動する前記調整ナットエレメント(17、17´)は、下側収容部(4)内に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記調整ロッド(18、18´)は、前記パネル(3)の領域内にねじりロックを有し、前記パネル(3)の中に縦方向に変位可能な方法で取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のガス遮断バルブ。
- 前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)によって作動する前記調整ロッド(18、18´)は、下側収容部(4)内に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記調整ナットエレメント(17、17´)は、前記パネル(3)の領域内にねじりロックを有し、前記パネル(3)の中に縦方向に変位可能な方法で取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のガス遮断バルブ。
- 前記バルブディスク(5)は、ガス注入口(2)に対して曲線状の流線型にされた設計を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のガス遮断バルブ。
- 前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)は、多段減速平歯車装置である、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のガス遮断バルブ。
- 前記パネル(3)は、前記小型DCモータ(11)及び横方向のガス放出開口部(7)のために分離した収容室(10)を作る、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のガス遮断バルブ。
- ガスメータの中に取り付けるためのガス遮断バルブであって、
バルブケーシング内で縦方向に保持される調整ロッドに取り付けられ、バルブシートに対して縦方向に動かされうるバルブディスク、及び
減速歯車装置を介して電気モータによって作動する連結された線形ユニット、を備え、 前記バルブシートはリップシール(6)を有し、
前記電気モータは小型DCモータ(11)であり、
前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)は前記線形ユニットの側に横方向に配置され、
前記線形ユニットは、ラックアンドピニオン伝動装置、又は前記バルブケーシング内(1、3、4、10)のパネル(3)へ統合された調整ナットエレメント(17、17´)及び調整ロッド(18、18´)を備えるすべりねじ伝動装置、であるように設計され、
電圧を加えられた前記小型DCモータ(11)のトルクを制限するために、半径方向又は軸方向の摩擦保持装置(22、22´)が、少なくとも1つの前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)の歯車軸とその歯車(13、14、15、15´、16)の間で作動する、ガス遮断バルブ。 - ガスメータの中に取り付けるためのガス遮断バルブであって、
バルブケーシング内で縦方向に保持される調整ロッドに取り付けられ、バルブシートに対して縦方向に動かされうるバルブディスク、及び
減速歯車装置を介して電気モータによって作動する連結された線形ユニット、を備え、 前記バルブシートはリップシール(6)を有し、
前記電気モータは小型DCモータ(11)であり、
前記減速歯車装置(13、14、15、15´、16)は前記線形ユニットの側に横方向に配置され、
前記線形ユニットは、ラックアンドピニオン伝動装置、又は前記バルブケーシング内(1、3、4、10)のパネル(3)へ統合された調整ナットエレメント(17、17´)及び調整ロッド(18、18´)を備えるすべりねじ伝動装置、であるように設計され、
電圧を加えられた前記小型DCモータ(11)のトルクを制限するために、前記バルブディスク(5)の中で変位できるように保持されるキャリア(24)が、前記調整ナットエレメント(17´)にねじれ耐性のあるように接続される円錐形のプラスティックのねじを切ったウェッジ(23)に対して、半径方向に取り付けられる、ガス遮断バルブ。
