Description
図1は、本実施形態を適用するシステムの概略構成図である。
本実施形態は、EGR率を変更する過渡状態において、差圧生成弁12とEGR弁10とを協調制御することによってEGR率の急峻な変化を抑制する点では第1実施形態と同様である。ただし、差圧生成弁12とEGR弁10とを作動させる順序が第1実施形態とは異なる。以下、第1実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明する。
本実施形態は、基本的には第1実施形態と同様であるが、EGR制御ルーチンの一部が異なる。以下、第1実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
式(1)の基本EGR/V開口面積は、差圧生成弁12を任意の所定開度と仮定した場合のEGR/V開口面積とEGR率との関係から求まるEGR/V開口面積である。式(1)のf(ADM/V開口面積)は、基本EGR/V開口面積を差圧生成弁12の開度に応じて補正するための補正項である。本ステップの処理について図11を参照して説明する。
本実施形態は、基本的には第2実施形態と同様であるが、EGR制御ルーチンの一部が異なる。以下、第2実施形態との相違点を中心に説明する。
式(2)の基本ADM/V開口面積は、EGR弁10を任意の所定開度と仮定した場合のADM/V開口面積とEGR率との関係から求まるADM/V開口面積である。式(2)のf(EGR/V開口面積)は、基本ADM/V開口面積をEGR弁10の開度に応じて補正するための補正項である。本ステップの処理について図13を参照して説明する。
Claims (9)
- ターボ過給機と、
排気通路と吸気通路の前記ターボ過給機のコンプレッサより上流とを連通する排気再循環通路と、
前記排気再循環通路に配置された排気再循環量制御弁と、
前記吸気通路の新気ガスと排気ガスとの合流部よりも上流に配置された差圧生成弁と、
前記排気再循環量制御弁の開度と前記差圧生成弁の開度とを制御する制御部と、
を備える内燃機関の排気再循環制御方法において、
前記制御部は、前記排気再循環量制御弁の開度と前記差圧生成弁の開度とを協調制御して、前記内燃機関の異常燃焼を抑制する変化率で排気再循環率を目標排気再循環率まで変化させ、
前記制御部は、前記協調制御として、
前記目標排気再循環率に基づいて前記排気再循環量制御弁または前記差圧生成弁のいずれか一方の弁を駆動し、
他方の弁を駆動中の前記一方の弁の開度に応じて駆動する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
排気再循環率を低下させる場合に、前記制御部は、
前記差圧生成弁を先行して開方向に駆動開始し、
前記排気再循環量制御弁を駆動中の前記差圧生成弁の開度に応じて閉方向に駆動する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
排気再循環率を低下させる場合に、前記制御部は、
前記排気再循環量制御弁を先行して閉方向に駆動開始し、
前記差圧生成弁を駆動中の前記排気再循環量制御弁の開度に応じて開方向に駆動する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
排気再循環率を上昇させる場合に、前記制御部は、
前記差圧生成弁を先行して閉方向に駆動開始し、
前記排気再循環量制御弁を駆動中の前記差圧生成弁の開度に応じて開方向に駆動する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
排気再循環率を上昇させる場合に、前記制御部は、
前記排気再循環量制御弁を先行して開方向に駆動開始し、
前記差圧生成弁を駆動中の前記排気再循環量制御弁の開度に応じて閉方向に駆動する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
前記内燃機関は、前記吸気通路の前記差圧生成弁より下流に配置したスロットル弁を備え、
前記制御部は、前記スロットル弁の開度を制御することによって、前記内燃機関の負荷を調整する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項6に記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
前記内燃機関は、前記ターボ過給機のタービンを迂回するバイパス通路を開閉するウェイストゲートバルブを備え、
前記制御部は、前記ウェイストゲートバルブを制御することによって前記内燃機関の負荷を調整する排気再循環制御方法。 - 請求項7に記載の排気再循環制御方法において、
前記内燃機関は、バルブタイミングを変更する可変動弁機構を備え、
前記制御部は、可変動弁機構を制御することによって前記内燃機関の負荷を調整する排気再循環制御方法。 - ターボ過給機と、
排気通路と吸気通路の前記ターボ過給機のコンプレッサより上流とを連通する排気再循環通路と、
前記排気再循環通路に配置された排気再循環量制御弁と、
前記吸気通路の新気ガスと排気ガスとの合流部よりも上流に配置された差圧生成弁と、
前記排気再循環量制御弁の開度と前記差圧生成弁の開度とを制御する制御部と、
を備える内燃機関の排気再循環制御装置において、
前記制御部は、前記排気再循環量制御弁の開度と前記差圧生成弁の開度とを協調制御して、前記内燃機関の異常燃焼を抑制する変化率で排気再循環率を目標排気再循環率まで変化させ、
前記制御部は、前記協調制御として、前記目標排気再循環率に基づいて前記排気再循環量制御弁または前記差圧生成弁のいずれか一方の弁を駆動し、他方の弁を駆動中の前記一方の弁の開度に応じて駆動する排気再循環制御装置。
