・エチレングリコール:5質量部
・界面活性剤(川研ファインケミカル製、商品名;アセチレノールEH):1質量部
・純水:80質量部
Claims (17)
- 第1の液体と前記第1の液体と反応して媒体上で流動が抑制される特性をもつインクとを媒体に付与することにより前記媒体の表面に前記第1の液体と前記インクとによるパターンを形成し、前記パターンに対して前記パターン中の液体成分を減らす処理を行った後に前記パターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与し、前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去することにより粉体材料によるパターンを形成するパターンの形成方法。
- 前記媒体は転写体であり、請求項1に記載のパターン形成方法により得られたパターンを別の媒体に転写することを特徴とするパターンの形成方法。
- 前記インクは前記第1の液体と接触することで凝集反応を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記インクは有色インクであり、第1の液体は前記有色インクと反応する反応液であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記有色のインクは顔料インクであり、前記第1の液体は前記顔料インクに作用する金属塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記反応液を付与した後に前記有色インクを付与することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記粉体材料によるパターンに有色のインクをインクジェット法により付与する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記粉体材料は熱可塑性樹脂を含み、形成された前記パターンを加熱して溶融することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記インクは透明のインクであり、第1の液体は前記透明のインクと反応する反応液であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 前記第1の液体と前記インクとによるパターンを形成した後に、前記パターン中の溶媒を減らし、その後に前記パターンに粉体材料を付与することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のパターンの形成方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のパターンの形成方法により形成したパターンによる層を積層することにより立体物を形成する立体物の形成方法。
- 有色インクと前記有色インクと反応する反応液とを媒体に付与することにより前記媒体の表面に前記有色インクと前記反応液とによるパターンを形成し、当該パターン中の溶媒を減らした後に前記パターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与し、前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去することにより粉体材料によるパターンを形成するパターンの形成方法。
- 有色インクと前記有色インクと反応する反応液とを媒体に付与することにより前記媒体の表面に前記有色インクと前記反応液とによるパターンを形成し、当該パターン中の溶媒を減らした後に前記パターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与し、前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去することにより粉体材料によるパターンを形成することによって、複数の前記粉体材料によるパターンを形成し、前記複数のパターンを積層することによって立体物を形成する立体物の形成方法。
- 第1の液体と前記第1の液体と反応して媒体上での流動が抑制される特性をもつインクとを媒体に付与することにより前記媒体の表面に前記第1の液体と前記流動抑制液体とによるパターンを形成する形成手段と、
前記形成手段によって形成された前記パターンに対して前記パターン中の溶媒を減らす処理を行う低減手段と、
前記形成手段によって形成された前記パターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与する付与手段と、
前記付与手段によって付与され前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去する除去手段と、
を有するパターンの製造装置。 - 第1の液体と前記第1の液体と反応して転写体の表面での流動が抑制される特性をもつインクとを転写体に付与することにより前記転写体の表面に前記第1の液体と前記流動抑制液体とによるパターンを形成する形成手段と、
前記形成手段によって形成された前記パターンに対して前記パターン中の溶媒を減らす処理を行う低減手段と、
前記形成手段によって前記表面に形成された前記パターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与する付与手段と、
前記付与手段によって付与され前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去する除去手段と、
前記除去手段によって前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料が除去されて得られた前記転写体上の前記粉体材料によるパターンによる層を形成途中の立体物に転写する手段と、
を有する立体物の製造装置。 - 前記インクは有色のインクであり、第1の液体は前記有色インクと反応する反応液であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の立体物の製造装置。
- 有色インクと前記有色インクと反応する反応液とを転写体に付与することにより前記転写体の表面に前記有色インクと前記反応液とによるパターンを形成する形成手段と、
前記形成手段によって形成された前記パターンに対して前記パターン中の溶媒を減らす処理を行う低減手段と、
前記低減手段によって溶媒が減らされた前記転写体上のパターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与する付与手段と、
前記付与手段によって付与され前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去する除去手段と、
前記除去手段によって前記パターンに付着しなかった前記粉体材料が除去されて得られた前記転写体上の前記粉体材料によるパターンによる層を形成途中の立体物に転写する手段と、
を有する立体物の製造装置。
