Claims (13)
- 第1の液体を媒体に付与することにより前記媒体の表面に前記第1の液体によるパターンを形成し、
前記第1の液体により形成されたパターンに付着するように粉体材料を付与し、
前記第1の液体に付着しなかった前記粉体材料を除去し、
前記媒体上に残った第1の液体に付着した粉体材料に第2の液体を付与することでパターンを形成し、
前記第1の液体は、前記第2の液体と接触した場合に前記第2の液体と反応して前記第2の液体の流動を抑える反応液であり、前記第1の液体が前記第2の液体と接触した場合に引き起こされる反応は凝集反応、ゲル化反応、塩析出反応、酸塩基反応のうちの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とするパターンの形成方法。 - 前記媒体は中間転写体であり、請求項1に記載のパターンの形成方法により得られたパターンを別の媒体に転写することを特徴とするパターンの形成方法。

前記第2の液体を付与する手段によって第2の液体が付与された粉体材料から形成された前記中間転写体上のパターンの層を形成途中の立体物に転写する手段と、を有し、
前記第1の液体は前記第2の液体と接触した場合に反応して前記第2の液体の流動を抑える反応液であり、前記第1の液体が前記第2の液体と接触した場合に引き起こされる反応は凝集反応、ゲル化反応、塩析出反応、酸塩基反応のうちの少なくとも一つである立体物の製造装置。 - 前記第2の液体は有色のインクであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の立体物の製造装置。
- 前記第1の液体が付着した粉体材料に前記有色のインクをインクジェット法により付与することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の立体物の製造装置。
- 前記粉体材料は熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記第2の液体を付与した後に得られた前記パターンを加熱して溶融することを特徴とする請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の立体物の製造装置。
