Claims (6)
- 流体管の外周面を取り囲んで装着された外箱に収容され、前記流体管のフルカット切断により形成された一対の管切断面の間に上方から配置される入れ子式の二重筒体を備え、
前記二重筒体は、前記一対の管切断面に対向する防蝕体と、前記防蝕体に上方から挿入される芯体とを有し、前記防蝕体に前記芯体を挿入することにより前記防蝕体が拡径して前記一対の管切断面に押し当たるように構成され、
前記防蝕体には、前記流体管に連通する貫通孔と、前記貫通孔の上方に位置して外周側に張り出した鍔部とが形成され、
前記鍔部は、前記流体管の外周面に当接する当接面を有し、その流体管の外周面に沿って前記当接面が湾曲している管切断面の防蝕装置。 - 前記防蝕体が、周方向に分割部を有しない環状の円筒体により構成されている請求項1に記載の管切断面の防蝕装置。
- 前記防蝕体には、前記貫通孔の上方に位置して内周側に張り出した上係合部が形成され、前記芯体の下部外周には内周側に窪んだ下係合部が形成され、
前記防蝕体の上係合部を前記芯体の下係合部と係合することにより、前記芯体の下部を前記防蝕体に挿入した状態で前記二重筒体の仮保持が可能であり、
前記防蝕体の上係合部が周方向に沿って延びつつ、その周方向の複数箇所に切欠きが形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の管切断面の防蝕装置。 - 前記流体管に対向する位置では他の位置に比べて前記切欠きの長さが小さい、あるいは、前記流体管に対向しない位置にのみ前記切欠きが形成されている請求項3に記載の管切断面の防蝕装置。
- 前記防蝕体の側方に形成されている貫通孔の数が、前記芯体の側方に形成されている貫通孔の数よりも多い請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の管切断面の防蝕装置。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の管切断面の防蝕装置を用いて、前記流体管のフルカット切断により形成された一対の管切断面の間に前記二重筒体を上方から配置し、前記鍔部の当接面を前記流体管の外周面に上方から当接させ、前記一対の管切断面に対向させてある前記防蝕体に前記芯体を挿入し、その芯体の挿入により拡径した前記防蝕体を前記一対の管切断面に押し当てる管切断面の防蝕方法。
