Claims (5)
- 変速機の変速段を複数のシフトレンジの間で切り替えるために運転者により操作される機械式シフトレバーを有する車両に搭載された、前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションを検知する操作位置検知手段と、前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが全シフトレンジのうちの一部である第1特定レンジにある場合に、所定条件に従ってエンジンを自動的に停止させるアイドリングストップを実行すると共に、前記アイドリングストップによるエンジン停止中に前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジから該第1特定レンジとは異なるRレンジへ切り替わった後、該機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが該Rレンジに維持される状態が所定時間継続した場合に、エンジンを自動的に再始動させるアイドルアップを実行するアイドリングストップ制御手段と、を備えるエンジン自動制御装置であって、
前記アイドリングストップによるエンジン停止中に前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジから前記Rレンジへ切り替わったとき、運転者に発進意思があるか否かを判定する発進意思判定手段と、
前記発進意思判定手段により運転者に発進意思があると判定される場合に、発進意思がないと判定される場合に比して、前記所定時間を短くする時間可変手段と、
を備え、
前記発進意思判定手段は、ハザードランプスイッチがオン操作されているか否か、ステアリングが所定以上に操作されているか否か、又はサイドブレーキが操作されているか否かに基づいて、運転者の発進意思の有無を判定することを特徴とするエンジン自動制御装置。 - 前記発進意思判定手段は、ハザードランプスイッチがオン操作されている場合、ステアリングが所定以上に操作されている場合、又はサイドブレーキが操作されていない場合に、運転者に発進意思があると判定し、一方、ハザードランプスイッチがオン操作されていない場合、ステアリングが所定以上に操作されていない場合、又はサイドブレーキが操作されている場合に、運転者に発進意思がないと判定することを特徴とする請求項1記載のエンジン自動制御装置。
- 変速機の変速段を複数のシフトレンジの間で切り替えるために運転者により操作される機械式シフトレバーを有する車両に搭載された、前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションを検知する操作位置検知手段と、前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが全シフトレンジのうちの一部である第1特定レンジにある場合に、所定条件に従ってエンジンを自動的に停止させるアイドリングストップを実行すると共に、前記アイドリングストップによるエンジン停止中に前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジから該第1特定レンジとは異なるRレンジへ切り替わった後、該機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが該Rレンジに維持される状態が所定時間継続した場合に、エンジンを自動的に再始動させるアイドルアップを実行するアイドリングストップ制御手段と、を備えるエンジン自動制御装置であって、
前記アイドリングストップによるエンジン停止中に前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジから前記Rレンジへ切り替わったとき、運転者に発進意思があるか否かを判定する発進意思判定手段と、
前記発進意思判定手段により運転者に発進意思があると判定される場合に、発進意思がないと判定される場合に比して、前記所定時間を短くする時間可変手段と、
を備え、
前記発進意思判定手段は、前記アイドリングストップの実行が開始されてから前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジに維持される時間が所定閾値以上であるか否かに基づいて、運転者の発進意思の有無を判定することを特徴とするエンジン自動制御装置。 - 変速機の変速段を複数のシフトレンジの間で切り替えるために運転者により操作される機械式シフトレバーを有する車両に搭載された、前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションを検知する操作位置検知手段と、前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが全シフトレンジのうちの一部である第1特定レンジにある場合に、所定条件に従ってエンジンを自動的に停止させるアイドリングストップを実行すると共に、前記アイドリングストップによるエンジン停止中に前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジから該第1特定レンジとは異なるRレンジへ切り替わった後、該機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが該Rレンジに維持される状態が所定時間継続した場合に、エンジンを自動的に再始動させるアイドルアップを実行するアイドリングストップ制御手段と、を備えるエンジン自動制御装置であって、
前記アイドリングストップによるエンジン停止中に前記機械式シフトレバーの操作ポジションが前記第1特定レンジから前記Rレンジへ切り替わるとき、該機械式シフトレバーの操作速度を検知する操作速度検知手段と、
前記操作速度検知手段により検知される前記操作速度に応じて前記所定時間を可変する時間可変手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするエンジン自動制御装置。 - 全シフトレンジのうちに前記第1特定レンジが2つ以上あり、
前記機械式シフトレバーの全操作ポジションの順序配列は、2つの前記第1特定レンジの間に前記Rレンジが介在するようになされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項記載のエンジン自動制御装置。
