Claims (8)
- 環境試験室から排出される空気に外気を混合して除湿し、乾燥空気を排出する除湿手段と、
前記除湿手段から排出される乾燥空気を、前記環境試験室の内部の設定空気温度よりも低い温度に調温する乾燥空気調温手段と、
前記乾燥空気調温手段により調温された乾燥空気を、前記設定空気温度まで加熱して前記環境試験室に送気する乾燥空気加熱手段と、
を備え、
前記乾燥空気調温手段は、
冷媒冷却手段と、
前記冷媒冷却手段で冷却した冷媒を循環させる冷媒循環手段と、
前記冷媒循環手段で循環させる冷媒を、その循環の途中で加熱する冷媒加熱手段と、
前記冷媒加熱手段で加熱された冷媒が通流するコイル状の配管と、
前記除湿手段から排出された乾燥空気を前記コイル状の配管に接触させて前記乾燥空気を冷却する乾燥空気冷却手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする空気調和システム。 - 環境試験室から排出される空気に外気を混合して除湿し、乾燥空気を排出する除湿手段と、
前記除湿手段から排出される乾燥空気を、前記環境試験室の内部の設定空気温度よりも低い温度に調温する乾燥空気調温手段と、
前記乾燥空気調温手段により調温された乾燥空気を、前記設定空気温度まで加熱して前記環境試験室に送気する乾燥空気加熱手段と、

前記乾燥空気加熱手段は、
シート状ヒータと蓄熱体とを有し、
前記乾燥空気調温手段により調温された乾燥空気を、前記シート状ヒータで加熱した後前記蓄熱体に接触させて、前記環境試験室に送気すること
を特徴とする空気調和システム。 - 前記除湿手段は、
露点温度が摂氏−30度以下の乾燥空気を排出すること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気調和システム。 - 前記除湿手段は、
吸着式のデシカント空調機であること
を特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気調和システム。 - 環境試験室から排出される空気に外気を混合して除湿し、乾燥空気を排出する除湿ステップと、
前記除湿ステップで得られる乾燥空気を、前記環境試験室の内部の設定空気温度よりも低い温度に調温する乾燥空気調温ステップと、
前記乾燥空気調温ステップで得られる乾燥空気を、前記設定空気温度まで加熱して前記環境試験室に送気する乾燥空気加熱ステップと、
を備え、
前記乾燥空気調温ステップは、
冷媒を冷却する冷媒冷却ステップと、
前記冷媒冷却ステップで冷却した冷媒を循環させる冷媒循環ステップと、
前記冷媒循環ステップで循環させる冷媒を、その循環の途中で加熱する冷媒加熱ステップと、
前記除湿ステップで排出された乾燥空気を、前記冷媒加熱ステップで加熱された冷媒が通流するコイル状の配管に接触させて前記乾燥空気を冷却する乾燥空気冷却ステップと、

前記乾燥空気調温ステップにより調温された乾燥空気を、シート状ヒータで加熱した後、蓄熱体に接触させて、前記環境試験室に送気すること
