Claims (5)
- 内部に対し回転軸方向と略平行に空気流通可能とされる回転体からなる除湿ロータを有し、且つ当該除湿ロータの空気流通部分が、流通する空気に対する湿分の吸着ゾーンと脱着ゾーン、並びにパージゾーンとに分けられてなる乾式除湿装置を用いて、処理対象の空気を除湿処理した上で所定の試験室内部空間に連続的に供給する環境試験システムにおいて、
前記脱着ゾーンで湿分を脱着後、脱着ゾーンから流出した高温多湿空気と、別途屋外から取入れた外気の一部で前記高温多湿空気より少量の空気とを熱交換し、高温多湿空気の温度を凝縮水が発生する温度まで低下させる熱交換器を設け、熱交換後の前記高温多湿空気を排出する一方、前記熱交換を経て温度の上昇した外気を、当該外気に前記熱交換器より後段側で合流する前記パージゾーンを通過した空気と共に、一旦ヒータで温度を上昇させた後、前記脱着ゾーンへ通すことを特徴とする環境試験システム。
- 前記脱着ゾーン出口側と熱交換器との間に、前記高温多湿空気の送出用ブロワを設けることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の環境試験システム。
- 前記ブロワが、前記熱交換器の直下に配設されると共に、ドレン排出用のドレン管を備えることを特徴とする前記請求項2に記載の環境試験システム。
- 前記試験室内部空間に供給された空気の大部分を、試験室から前記除湿ロータの上流側へ還流させ、屋外から取入れた外気と混合の上、少なくとも除湿ロータの吸着ゾーンに導く一方、試験室内部空間に供給された空気の残り割合分を還流させることなく試験室外へ排出し、試験室内部空間に供給される空気中に、外気に基づく新規供給分を常に所定量確保することを特徴とする前記請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の環境試験システム。
- 前記試験室から前記除湿ロータの上流側へ還流され、屋外から取入れた外気と混合された空気が、前記除湿ロータのパージゾーンにも導入されることを特徴とする前記請求項4に記載の環境試験システム。
