図1は、本発明に係る燃料噴射制御装置の第1実施形態が適用される燃料噴射装置の概略構成を示したものである。
図5は、本発明に係る燃料噴射制御装置の第2実施形態の内部構成を示したものであり、図6は、図5に示すA/D変換器によるA/D変換を具体的に説明したものである。

Claims (5)
- 燃料噴射弁の駆動に関する物理量データから前記燃料噴射弁の噴射特性を検知して前記燃料噴射弁の挙動を制御する燃料噴射制御装置であって、
前記物理量データを入力するための入力部と、
前記物理量データを所定の時間間隔を有する変換タイミングでA/D変換して時系列データを取得するA/D変換部と、
前記時系列データから前記燃料噴射弁の特性に関する特異点を検出する検出部と、
前記物理量データに対する前記変換タイミングが相対的に変更されるように前記入力部の入力タイミングもしくは前記A/D変換部の変換タイミングを可変制御する可変制御部と、を備え、
前記A/D変換部は、異なるサンプリング区間の複数の物理量データに対し、変更前の入力タイミングで入力されたあるサンプリング区間の複数の物理量データ及び前記可変制御部による変更後の入力タイミングで入力された他のサンプリング区間の複数の物理量データを前記変換タイミングでA/D変換することで、もしくは、あるサンプリング区間の複数の物理量データを変更前の変換タイミング及び他のサンプリング区間の複数の物理量データを前記可変制御部による変更後の変換タイミングでA/D変換することで、異なるサンプリング区間の各物理量データに対する複数の時系列データを取得し、前記検出部は、前記異なるサンプリング区間の各物理量データに対する複数の時系列データに基づいて前記特異点を検出することを特徴とする燃料噴射制御装置。 - 前記A/D変換部には、変更前の変換タイミングでA/D変換するベース変換部及び前記可変制御部による変更後の変換タイミングでA/D変換する少なくとも一つのオフセット変換部が設けられるとともに、前記ベース変換部及び前記オフセット変換部のそれぞれに前記物理量データを入力する複数のチャンネルが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記入力部には、変更前の入力タイミングで物理量データを前記A/D変換部に入力するベース入力部及び前記可変制御部による変更後の入力タイミングで物理量データを前記A/D変換部に入力する少なくとも一つのオフセット入力部が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記可変制御部は、前記燃料噴射弁による一回の燃料噴射中の前記物理量データに対する前記変換タイミングが相対的に変更されるように、前記入力部の入力タイミングもしくは前記A/D変換部の変換タイミングを可変制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
- 前記可変制御部は、前記燃料噴射弁による燃料噴射毎に前記物理量データに対する前記変換タイミングが相対的に変更されるように、前記入力部の入力タイミングもしくは前記A/D変換部の変換タイミングを可変制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射制御装置。
