Claims (9)
- カプセル(2.1)と、一方の端部が前記カプセル(2.1)の内側に結合され、他方の端部に主弁座(9.1)を備える弁体(9)を有するバルブインサート(8)と、を備えるバルブカートリッジであって、前記バルブカートリッジ(2)の内部では、復帰ばね(7)の力に抗して可動であり、封止部材(6.2)を備えた閉止部材(6.1)を有しているタペット(6)が可動に案内されており、前記封止部材(6.2)は封止機能を実行するために前記弁体(9)の前記主弁座(9.1)と共同作用する、そのようなバルブカートリッジにおいて、
永久磁石(22)と、可動の前記タペット(6)と連動して、前記永久磁石(22)の磁極間に位置する部分が該磁極の並び方向に対して実質的に垂直方向へ可動である電気導体(24)と、を有する磁気式の緩衝モジュール(20)が設けられており、
前記永久磁石(22)は、前記カプセル(2.1)の外部に配置されており、
前記電気導体(24)は、前記カプセル(2.1)の内部で、前記永久磁石(22)の前記磁極間に前記電気導体(24)が配置されるように案内されている

ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブカートリッジ。 - 前記電気導体(24)は、銅コンポーネントまたはアルミニウムコンポーネントとして製作されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバルブカートリッジ。 - 前記電気導体(24)は、円柱として製作されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブカートリッジ。 - 前記電気導体(24)は、前記カプセル(2.1)の内部で、マグネットリングとして製作された前記永久磁石(22)の開口部の内部に前記電気導体(24)が配置されるように案内されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のバルブカートリッジ。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバルブカートリッジ(2)と、電気式の磁気モジュール(5)と、を備えている電磁弁であって、前記バルブカートリッジ(2)の内部では磁気アーマチュア(4)が可動に案内されており、該磁気アーマチュア(4)は電気式の前記磁気モジュール(5)で生成される磁力により前記復帰ばね(7)の力に抗して可動であり、前記タペット(6)を動かす
ことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - マグネットリングとして製作された前記永久磁石(22)は、電気式の前記磁気モジュール(5)を基準とする前記主弁座(9.1)の反対側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記電気導体(24)は、前記磁気アーマチュア(4)と固定的に結合されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の電磁弁。 - 前記磁気アーマチュア(4)は、前記電気導体(24)とともに前記カプセル(2.1)の内部で、マグネットリングとして製作された前記永久磁石(22)の開口部の内部に前記電気導体(24)が配置されるように案内されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁。
