Description
Claims (8)
- X軸方向及びY軸方向に移動をもたらすように構成されているガントリを備えるフレームであって、前記ガントリは、第1サイドレールと、第2サイドレールと、前記第1サイドレール及び前記第2サイドレールの間に延びるビームとを含んでいて、前記ビームは、Y軸移動を達成するために、前記第1及び第2サイドレールに沿ってY軸方向に移動するように構成されており、前記ガントリは前記ビームに搭載されたキャリッジを更に含んでいて、前記キャリッジは前記ビームの長さに沿ってX軸方向に移動するように構成されている、フレームと、
前記フレームに結合され、前記ガントリの下の少なくとも1つの電子基板を支持するように構成されている支持体と、
前記キャリッジに結合され、材料を供給するように構成されている第1のディスペンサーと、
自動調整機構によって前記キャリッジに結合され、材料を供給するように構成されている第2のディスペンサーと、
前記フレーム及び前記ガントリのうちの一方に結合される撮像装置であって、電子基板の第1のパターン及び第2のパターンの少なくとも一つの画像を捕捉するように構成され、前記第2のパターンが前記第1のパターンと略同一である、撮像装置と、
前記ガントリ、前記第1のディスペンサー、前記第2のディスペンサー、前記自動調整機構、及び前記撮像装置の動作を制御するように構成されているコントローラーと、を備えており、
前記自動調整機構は、前記第1のディスペンサー及び前記第2のディスペンサーが前記電子基板上に材料を供給する供給動作中に、前記第2のディスペンサーを前記X軸方向に移動させ、前記第1のディスペンサーと前記第2のディスペンサーとの間の間隔を操作して調整するように構成されており、
前記自動調整機構は、前記キャリッジに固定されたリニア軸受と、前記リニア軸受上を移動するように構成されて前記第2のディスペンサーに結合されている取付けブロックと、前記取付けブロックを前記リニア軸受に沿って移動させるように構成されている第1のリニア駆動モーター組立体とを含んでいる、供給装置。 - 前記第1のリニア駆動モーター組立体は、ボールねじ駆動によるリニアアクチュエーターを備え、前記ボールねじ駆動によるリニアアクチュエーターは、機械的に結合されるモーターによって駆動される、請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 前記自動調整機構は、更に前記第2のディスペンサーを前記Y軸方向に移動させるように構成されており、前記取付けブロックに固定され、前記リニア軸受の方向に対して垂直な方向に延在する第1のブラケットと、前記第2のディスペンサーに固定され、前記第1のブラケット上を移動するように構成されている第2のブラケットとを更に備える、請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 前記自動調整機構は、前記第2のブラケットを前記第1のブラケットに沿って移動させるように構成されている第2のリニア駆動モーター組立体を更に備える、請求項3に記載の供給装置。
- 前記第2のリニア駆動モーター組立体は、ボールねじ駆動によるリニアアクチュエーターを備え、前記ボールねじ駆動によるリニアアクチュエーターは、機械的に結合されるモーターによって駆動される、請求項4に記載の供給装置。
- 前記第1のディスペンサー及び前記第2のディスペンサーのそれぞれについて、Z軸駆動装置が、前記ディスペンサーによる供給動作を実行する際に、前記ディスペンサーを支持するとともに下降させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 前記二つのパターンが適切に位置決めされていない場合、前記自動調整機構は、前記第1及び第2のディスペンサーによる供給を継続している間に、前記第2のディスペンサーを動的に位置決めする、請求項1に記載の供給装置。
- 前記撮像装置は、前記電子基板の少なくとも部分の位置を特定し、前記電子基板の部分の相対的なオフセット及び回転を計算するように構成されている、請求項7に記載の供給装置。
