Claims (9)
- 기판상에 페이스트를 토출하는 노즐이 장착된 도포 헤드;상기 도포 헤드를 Y축 방향으로 이동시키게 설치된 Y축 구동기구; 및상기 Y축 구동기구를 Z축 방향으로 이동시키게 설치되어 상기 도포 헤드를 Z축 방향으로 이동시키는 Z축 구동기구;를 구비하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 Y축 구동기구는, 상기 Z축 구동기구에 의해 Z축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 된 고정 부재와, 상기 고정 부재와 마주 보게 배치되고 상기 도포 헤드에 고정된 가동 부재와, 상기 가동 부재를 Y축 방향으로 직선 이동시키는 Y축 직선 구동부, 및 상기 가동 부재의 직선 이동을 안내하기 위한 LM 가이드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 Y축 직선 구동부는, 상기 고정 부재에 Y축 방향으로 설치되고 상기 고정 부재와 나사 결합한 볼 스크류와, 상기 볼 스크류에 회전축이 결합하여 상기 볼 스크류를 회전시키는 회전 모터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 Y축 직선 구동부는 리니어 모터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 Y축 구동기구는 상기 가동 부재의 이동량과 방향을 감지하기 위한 리니어 엔코더를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 Y축 구동기구는, 상기 가동 부재의 작동한계를 감지할 수 있도록, 상기 고정 부재와 가동 부재 중 어느 한쪽에 마련된 센서 도그와, 상기 가동 부재의 이동에 따라 상기 센서 도그가 상기 가동 부재의 제1 한계위치와 제2 한계위치에 각각 위치함을 감지하는 제1 리밋 센서 및 제2 리밋 센서를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 도포 헤드와 Y축 구동기구 사이에는 상기 도포 헤드를 Z축 방향으로 이동시키는 ZZ축 구동기구가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 ZZ축 구동기구는, 상기 도포 헤드를 동작시키는 범위가 상기 Z축 구동기구보다 좁게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 Z축 구동기구는 X축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 헤드 지지대에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트 디스펜서의 헤드 유닛.
