Description
即ち、本実施形態の射出成形システム1は、第1成形品21及び第2成形品22を同時に成形可能な金型11と、第1成形品21を金型11から押し出す第1押出部材61と、金型11から押し出された第1成形品21を金型11内における第2成形品22との組付位置まで移動させるロボット14と、ロボット14によって組付位置で保持された第1成形品21に対して金型11から第2成形品22を押し出して第1成形品21に第2成形品22を組み付ける第2押出部材62と、第2押出部材62が受ける負荷を検出する負荷検出部110と、を備え、第1成形品21に第2成形品22を組み付けるときに負荷検出部110が検出した負荷に基づいて良否判別を行う。

Claims (5)
- 第1成形品及び第2成形品を同時に成形可能な金型と、
前記第1成形品を前記金型のキャビティから押し出す第1押出部材と、
前記金型のキャビティから押し出された前記第1成形品を保持する保持機構を有し、前記保持機構で保持した前記第1成形品を前記金型内における前記第2成形品との組付位置まで移動させる成形品移動装置と、
前記成形品移動装置の前記保持機構によって前記金型内の前記組付位置で保持された前記第1成形品に対して前記金型のキャビティから前記第2成形品を押し出して前記第1成形品に前記第2成形品を組み付ける第2押出部材と、
前記第2押出部材又は前記成形品移動装置又はその両方が受ける負荷を検出する負荷検出部と、
を備え、
前記金型内で、前記第1成形品に前記第2成形品を組み付けるときに前記負荷検出部が検出した負荷に基づいて前記第1成形品、前記第2成形品又は前記第1成形品と前記第2成形品の嵌合状態の良否判別を行う射出成形システム。 - 前記負荷検出部は、
前記第2押出部材を駆動する押出部材用モータの負荷トルク、前記押出部材用モータの電流値、前記押出部材用モータの外乱を推定した外乱推定値、前記第2押出部材に設けられる歪みセンサの検出値、前記成形品移動装置を駆動する移動装置用モータの負荷トルク及び前記移動装置用モータの電流値のうち、少なくとも1つを検出する請求項1に記載の射出成形システム。 - 前記成形品移動装置は、多関節ロボットである請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形システム。
- 前記良否判別で異常と判別されると作動する警告装置を備える請求項1から3の何れかに記載の射出成形システム。
- 前記成形品移動装置は、
前記良否判別で異常と判別されると、前記第1成形品、前記第2成形品又は前記第1成形品に前記第2成形品を組み付けたものを前記金型の外側の廃棄位置まで移動させる請求項1から4の何れかに記載の射出成形システム。
