Description
体と加熱層との間の特に良好な熱接触を実現することができる。特に、基体をその全熱吸収面にわたる物質接合によって加熱層に接続することが考えられてもよい。基体および加熱層を物質接合によって直接または間接的に互いに接続してもよい。例えば、加熱層を基体の熱吸収面に直接適用することが可能である。直接とは、この文脈では、基体と加熱層の間に他の層が存在しないことを意味する。しかしながら、1つまたは複数の中間層を基体と加熱層の間に配置することも可能であり、中間層はそれぞれ基体、加熱層および(複数の中間層の場合)互いに、物質接合によって接続される。物質対物質接合とは、接続パートナ、この場合基体、加熱層、および場合により中間層が原子力または分離力によって結束される接続であると理解されるべきである。
ユニット20においては加熱層10が基体24の熱吸収面32に直接載り、物質接合によって基体24に直接接続されるが、図3に示される加熱ユニットにおいては電気的に絶縁する絶縁層36が加熱層10と基体24の間に配置される。絶縁層36は、例えば、セラミック材料またはポリマー材料を含有してもよい。

Claims (12)
- 乗り物用加熱装置(40)の加熱ユニット(20)を製造する方法であって、
基体(24)と少なくとも2つの熱放出体(26)とを含む熱導体(22)を製造するステップ(S1)と、
前記基体(24)の表面である熱吸収面(32)に絶縁層(36)を適用するステップ(S2)と、
前記絶縁層(36)に加熱層(10)を適用するステップ(S3)と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記熱導体(22)が、鋳造法、射出成形法、又は押出し法を用いて製造される(S1)、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱導体(22)が単一の金属片から一体的に形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱導体(22)がアルミニウム及び/又はマグネシウムから成る、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁層(36)がプラズマコーティング法を用いて前記熱吸収面(32)に適用される(S2)、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁層(36)がセラミック材料又はポリマー材料を含有し、前記絶縁層(36)が前記熱導体(22)と一致した熱膨張率を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁層(36)が1ミリメートル未満の厚さを有する、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱層(10)がプラズマコーティング法を用いて前記絶縁層(36)に適用される(S3)、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- レーザーによって導電層を複数の部分に切断して一つ又は複数の導電路を残す、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱層(10)が、スクリーン印刷法を用いて、又は抵抗体ペーストとして、前記絶縁層(36)に適用される(S3)、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱層(10)が、ニッケル及びクロムを含む、又はニッケル及びクロムのみから成る、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 断熱材料又は熱をよく反射する材料が前記加熱層(10)に設けられる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
