Description

本实用新型属一种以PTC陶瓷片作为发热元件的发热器。
以PTC陶瓷片和金属散热片为主构成的发热器,一般采用弹簧片将散热片与PTC陶瓷片压紧成为一体,或用耐高温导电胶把散热片和PTC陶瓷片粘成一体,再在陶瓷片四周涂上硅橡胶。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种PTC陶瓷片两面结构为凹凸的布纹或格状结构的发热器,以达到减少工序,提高发热器整体稳定性的目的。
本实用新型主要由PTC陶瓷片(2)和散热器经粘接构成。散热器由接插件(4)、导电片(1)、散热片(6)和散热器电极板(5)组成,PTC陶瓷片(2)加工成两面为凹凸的布纹或格状结构。在PTC陶瓷片(2)上涂上耐高温硅橡胶(3),使之与散热器粘接,经压紧、加热、保温过程而制成。
本实用新型的优越性在于:热转换效率高,制造工艺简单,性能稳定,成本降低,改善了用导电胶粘接易击穿的现象。

如图,PTC发热器由PTC陶瓷片(2)和散热器构成,PTC陶瓷片(2)加工成为凹槽(8)宽0.8mm,深0.2~0.3mm,凸面(7)宽0.2mm的凹凸结构。将耐高温硅橡胶D03-RTV(3)涂复在PTC陶瓷片(2)上,使之与散热器粘合。散热器由金属接插件(4)、导电片(1)、散热片(6)、电极板(5)组成,被粘接面,即电极板(5)为平面板,用夹具将涂复了硅橡胶(3)的PTC陶瓷片(2)与散热器夹紧后,在60℃温度条件下,保温3-4小时,撤去夹具即可制成性能稳定的PTC发热器。

1、一种主要由PTC陶瓷片和散热器构成的PTC发热器,其特征在于:PTC陶瓷片两面加工成凹凸的布纹或格状结构。
2、由权利要求1所述的PTC发热器,其特征在于:PTC陶瓷片(2)与散热器粘合选用耐高温硅橡胶。
3、由权利要求1、2所述的PTC发热器,其特征在于:散热器由散热片(6)、接插件(4)、导电片(1)、电极板(5)组成。
