メチルメタクリレートおよびエチルアクリレートのコポリマー製のコア、
ブチルアクリレートおよびスチレンのコポリマー製のシェル、
メチルメタクリレートおよびエチルアクリレートのコポリマー製のシェル、
からなる衝撃改良剤を挙げることができる。
メチルメタクリレートおよびエチルアクリレートのコポリマー製のコア、
ブチルアクリレートおよびスチレンのコポリマー製のシェル、
メチルメタクリレート、ブチルアクリレートおよびスチレンのコポリマー製のシェル、
メチルメタクリレートおよびエチルアクリレートのコポリマー製のシェル、
からなる衝撃改良剤も挙げられる。
押出コンパウンドは、当分野の通例に従い、温度が240℃に設定されたダイを備えた同方向回転二軸スクリュー押出機において製造される。引き続き、フィルムは、パンケーキダイ(直径50mm、ギャップ1.2mm)を有する5層式の研究室用ライン(5−layer laboratory line)でフィルムブロー成形によって製造される。引取速度は3m/分であり、ブローアップ比(BUR)は2.8である。フィルム全体の厚さは、100μmに設定される。
PE:LDPE Exxon LD165BW1、MI(190℃、2.16kg)=1。
低温引裂強度のキャラクタリゼーション:フィルムを枠に入れて、1Nの引張下に置く。この試験は、30cmの高さから、円錐形先端を有する1kgの重さのストライカーを落下させることにある。この試験は、環境調節チャンバ中で行われ、変形の延性と脆性の性質は、貫通後のフィルムに観察される破壊プロフィールから推測される。
発火源が取り除かれた後の残炎時間を計ること、

Claims (21)
- ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)マトリックスと、ポリ(オルガノシロキサン)コアおよび少なくとも1つの熱可塑性シェルからなる少なくとも1種のコア−シェル衝撃改良剤を含む単層ポリマーフィルムであって、衝撃改良剤の重量基準の含有量が2.5%から40%未満である、単層ポリマーフィルム。
- 衝撃改良剤の重量基準の含有量は、5%を超え、かつ30%以下である請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記PVDFマトリックスは、PVDFホモポリマーから構成されるか、またはフッ化ビニル;トリフルオロエチレン;クロロトリフルオロエチレン;1,2−ジフルオロエチレン;テトラフルオロエチレン;ヘキサフルオロプロピレン;ペルフルオロ(メチルビニル)エーテル、ペルフルオロ(エチルビニル)エーテル(PEVE)およびペルフルオロ(プロピルビニル)エーテルから選択されるペルフルオロ(アルキルビニル)エーテル;ペルフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール)ならびにペルフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)から選択されるフッ素化コモノマーとフッ化ビニリデンの共重合によって調製されるコポリマーから構成される請求項1および2のいずれかに記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリ(オルガノシロキサン)コアは、1個から18個の炭素を含むアルキル基もしくはビニル基、アリール基ならびに置換された炭化水素から選択される1つ以上の基を含む請求項1から3の一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記アルキル基もしくは前記ビニル基は1個から6個の炭素を含む請求項4に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コアは、全体的にまたは部分的に架橋されている請求項1から5の一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コアの平均官能化度は2から3の間である請求項6に記載のフィルム。
- 前記シェルは、アルキルアクリレートもしくはメタクリレート、アクリロニトリル、スチレン、ビニルスチレン、ビニルプロピオネート、マレイミド、塩化ビニル、エチレン、ブタジエン、イソプレンおよびクロロプレンから選択されるモノマーから形成されるポリマーまたはコポリマーである請求項1から7の一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記シェルは、スチレン、アルキルスチレンもしくはメチルメタクリレートのホモポリマーであるか、または少なくとも70モル%のこれらのモノマーの1種と、残りのモノマー、別のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、ビニルアセテートおよびアクリロニトリルから選択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーを含むコポリマーである請求項8に記載のフィルム。
- 30ミクロンから200ミクロンの厚さを有する請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 80ミクロンから150ミクロンの厚さを有する請求項10に記載のフィルム。
- 前記衝撃改良剤中の前記コアの割合は0.05重量%から90重量%である請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記衝撃改良剤中の前記コアの割合は60重量%から80重量%である請求項12に記載のフィルム。
- 艶消し剤、赤外線反射剤、乳白剤、可塑剤または真珠光沢顔料から選択される少なくとも1種の添加剤を含む請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムの少なくとも1層と、少なくとも1層のPVDF層を含む多層フィルム。
- 請求項1から14の一項に記載の1層の内層と、2層のPVDFの外層からなり、前記外層が同一または異なる構造を有する請求項15に記載のフィルム。
- 農業用カバー材料としての、請求項1から14の一項に記載のフィルムまたは請求項15および16のいずれかに記載のフィルムの使用。
- 前記農業用カバー材料は温室用カバーである請求項17に記載の使用。
- 建造物の屋根および/またはファサードのためのフィルムの製造のための材料としての、請求項1から14の一項に記載のフィルムまたは請求項15および16のいずれかに記載のフィルムの使用。
- 前記建造物は農業用建造物である請求項19に記載の使用。
- 前記農業用建造物は家畜用建造物である請求項20に記載の使用。
