Claims (7)
- 開閉可能な安全ドアを有する射出成形機であって、
前記安全ドアを開閉させるドア駆動部と、
前記安全ドアのドア動作領域、または、前記ドア動作領域を含む予め決められた前記安全ドアの近傍エリア内に、作業者または物体が存在するか否かを検出する存在検出部と、
前記安全ドアの閉動作を行うために基準制御量で前記ドア駆動部を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記存在検出部によって前記ドア動作領域以外の前記近傍エリア内に作業者または物体が存在することが検出されている間は、前記ドア駆動部を制御する制御量を前記基準制御量から低下させて、前記安全ドアの閉動作を行い、
前記存在検出部によって前記ドア動作領域に作業者または物体が存在することが検出されている間は、前記安全ドアの閉動作を一時停止させる
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記制御装置は、前記存在検出部によって前記ドア動作領域以外の前記近傍エリア内に作業者または物体が存在することが検出されている間は、前記安全ドアの閉じ速度および前記安全ドアの閉じ駆動力の少なくとも一方を低下させて、前記安全ドアの閉動作を行う
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記制御装置は、前記ドア動作領域以外の前記近傍エリア内の作業者または物体の前記ドア動作領域からの距離が近い程、低下させる度合いを大きくする
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記制御装置は、ドア閉指令が外部装置から送られてきた場合に、前記安全ドアの閉動作を開始する
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項4に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記外部装置は、作業者の操作によって前記ドア閉指令を出力する第1の操作装置、または、前記射出成形機と協働して作業を行うロボットを制御するロボット制御装置である
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記存在検出部は、前記ドア動作領域に作業者または物体が存在するか否かを検出するライトカーテン、前記近傍エリア内に作業者または物体が存在するか否かを検出するエリアセンサ、および、前記ドア動作領域から離れた位置に設けられ、且つ、作業者による操作の有無によって前記ドア動作領域に作業者または物体が存在するか否かを検出する第2の操作装置のうち、少なくとも1つを有する
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項6に記載の射出成形機であって、
前記第2の操作装置は、作業者によって両手で同時に操作された場合は、前記ドア動作領域に作業者または物体が存在しないことを検出する
ことを特徴とする射出成形機。
