Claims (5)
- 開閉可能な扉を有する作業機械と、
前記扉を開閉させる扉駆動部と、
前記扉駆動部を制御する扉制御部と、
前記扉の開放時に前記作業機械の内部に少なくとも一部が進退可能に設けられたロボットと、
前記ロボットの動作範囲を含む予め定められた区域に人が進入及び退出した可能性を検知し、該可能性を検知する毎に信号を送信する進入検知部と、
前記進入検知部から前記信号を受信した回数に基づいて、前記区域に人が進入したか否か、及び前記区域から人が退去したか否かを判断する退去判断部と、を備え、
前記扉制御部は、
前記退去判断部が前記区域に人が進入したと判断したときに、前記扉の移動速度を決定する前記扉駆動部への指令値を、該移動速度を低減させる第2の指令値に変更し、
前記退去判断部が前記区域から人が退去したと判断したときに、前記指令値を、前記移動速度を増大させる第1の指令値へ変更する、システム。 - 前記扉駆動部は、電動モータを有し、
前記扉制御部は、前記退去判断部が前記区域に人が進入したと判断したときに、前記電動モータの最大トルクを決定するトルク制限値を、該最大トルクを低減させる第2のトルク制限値に変更する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記電動モータは、サーボモータである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記区域を画定する、少なくとも一部が開閉可能な柵をさらに備え、
前記進入検知部は、前記柵の前記少なくとも一部が開放されたことを検知して前記信号を送信するスイッチを有し、
前記扉制御部は、前記スイッチによって前記柵の少なくとも一部の開放が検知されて前記退去判断部が前記区域に人が進入したと判断したときに、前記指令値を前記第2の指令値に変更する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記進入検知部は、前記区域を画定する境界線に物体が交差したことを検知して前記信号を送信する非接触センサを有し、
前記扉制御部は、前記非接触センサが前記境界線を物体が交差したことを検知して前記退去判断部が前記区域に人が進入したと判断したときに、前記指令値を前記第2の指令値に変更する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
