Description
本発明の一実現例において、シリコーン系樹脂、シリコーン系硬化剤及び熱開始剤を含み、下記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物をさらに含むシリコーン系コーティング組成物を提供する。この時、mは1〜1,000の整数であってもよい。具体的には10〜300の整数であってもよい。
本発明の他の実現例において、基材層、及び前記シリコーン系コーティング組成物の硬化物であるコーティング層を含むシリコーン系離型フィルムを提供する。
実施例1
前記一般式1のPDMS 100重量部に対し、シリコーン系硬化剤として前記一般式2のハイドロジェンシラン5重量部、前記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物(mは10〜300の整数)2重量部、及び熱開始剤として前記化学式2(RはCH3)を溶媒と共に攪拌して固形分が1.7重量%のシリコーン系コーティング組成物を形成し、前記組成物をポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂フィルム上に塗布及び熱硬化して厚さ150nmのコーティング層を含むシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
前記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物5重量部を含むことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
前記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物10重量部を含むことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
前記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物15重量部を含むことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
前記ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂フィルムの代わりにポリエチレン樹脂フィルムを用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
コーティング層を含まないポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂フィルムを準備した。

前記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物を含まないことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様にシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
前記化学式1のシリコーン系化合物を含まないことを除いては、前記実施例5と同様にシリコーン系離型フィルムを製造した。
1)接触角の測定:前記実施例及び比較例の離型フィルムにContact angle analyzer試験器を使って、超純水及びジヨードメタンを落として接触角の変化を測定した。
Claims (11)
- 前記シリコーン系樹脂はビニル基置換ポリジメチルシロキサン(Polydimethylsiloxane、PDMS)である、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムのコーティング層を形成するためのシリコーン系組成物。
- 前記シリコーン系樹脂100重量部に対し、前記シリコーン系硬化剤0.5重量部〜5重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムのコーティング層を形成するためのシリコーン系組成物。
- 前記シリコーン系コーティング組成物は、全体固形分の濃度が0.5重量%〜10重量%である、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムのコーティング層を形成するためのシリコーン系組成物。
- 基材層、及び
請求項1〜5の中から選択されたいずれか一つを含む離型フィルムのコーティング層を形成するためのシリコーン系組成物の硬化物であるコーティング層を含む、シリコーン系離型フィルム。 - 前記コーティング層の接触角は90°〜120°である、請求項6に記載のシリコーン系離型フィルム。
- 前記コーティング層の表面エネルギーは15mN/m〜35mN/mである、請求項6に記載のシリコーン系離型フィルム。
- 前記コーティング層の厚さは50nm〜200nmである、請求項6に記載のシリコーン系離型フィルム。
- 前記基材層の厚さは20μm〜150μmである、請求項6に記載のシリコーン系離型フィルム。
- 前記基材層は、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、紙及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された一つを含む、請求項6に記載のシリコーン系離型フィルム。
