Description
Claims (19)
- 上流の端部及び下流の端部を含み、1個以上の外気入口を通じて外気を取り入れる外枠と;
前記外枠に排ガスの流れを供給し、前記外枠内で前記排ガスの流れと前記外気の流れとの混合ガスを供給する1個以上のバーナーと;
低温の液体天然ガスを含み、前記外枠の内部において前記混合ガスの少なくとも一部と前記低温の液体天然ガスとの熱交換を行なう、前記外枠の内部に配置された複数の熱伝導管と;
上流熱伝導管と第1下流熱伝導管との間に配置され、前記外枠から一部の混合ガスを放出し、前記一部の混合ガスが前記混合ガスのバイパス流れを与える出口と;
前記第1下流熱伝導管の下流に混合ガスの前記バイパス流れを供給するための気体分配器と;を備える、低温液体を気化するシステム。 - さらに、前記1個以上の外気入口によって前記外気の流動レートを調整する1個以上のダンパーを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記混合ガスの温度を測定するサーモカップルを有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記1個以上のバーナーへの燃料の流動レートを変えることにより、前記混合ガスの温度を調整する手法と;
前記1個以上の外気入口を通して前記外気の流動レートを変えることにより、前記混合ガスの温度を調整する手法;及び
前記上流熱伝導管及び前記第1下流熱伝導管への前記液体天然ガスの流動レートを調整する手法;
のうち少なくとも1つの手法で、加熱された液体天然ガスの温度を制御する制御システムを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記外気を強制対流型として前記1個以上の外気入口に案内する装置を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは前記排ガス、前記外気、前記バイパス流れ又は前記液体天然ガスの流れのうちの1以上を調整し、熱交換の制御を行う、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記気体分配器は第2下流熱伝導管の下流における混合ガスの前記バイパス流れを供給する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 上流端部と下流端とを有する外枠に、外気の流入を供給するための1以上の外気入口と;
前記外枠に排ガスの流れを供給し、前記外枠において前記外気と前記排ガスとが混合されることにより混合ガスを生成する1以上の燃料燃焼バーナーと;
前記外枠の内部に配置される熱伝導管であって、前記熱伝導管の内部で前記混合ガスの少なくとも一部と低温の液体天然ガスとの熱交換を行う、複数の熱伝導管と;
前記熱伝導管の上流熱伝導管と下流熱伝導管との間に配置され、前記外枠から一部の混合ガスを放出し、前記一部の混合ガスがバイパス流れを与える出口と;
前記下流熱伝導管の下流において前記バイパス流れを供給する気体分配器と;を有する、低温液体を気化するシステム。 - 前記システムは前記排ガス、前記外気、前記バイパス流れ又は前記液体天然ガスの流れのうちの1以上を調整し、熱交換の制御を行う、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記外気入口によって前記外気の流動レートを調整する1個以上のダンパーを有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- さらに、前記混合ガスの温度を測定するためのサーモカップルを有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の燃料燃焼バーナーへの前記燃料の流動レートを変えることにより、前記混合ガスの温度を調整する手法;
前記1個以上の外気入口を通して前記外気の流動レートを変えることにより、前記混合ガスの温度を調整する手法;及び
前記熱伝導管への前記低温の液体天然ガスの流動レートを調整する手法;
のうち少なくとも1つの手法で、流入する前記液体天然ガスの温度を制御する制御システムを有する、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記外枠に供給される外気は強制対流型である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝導管に接触する前記混合ガスは、一定の温度である、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の熱伝導管は、前記混合ガスに対し直交流、並流、逆流、またはその組み合わせで配置される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記気体分配器は第1熱伝導管の下流、第2熱伝導管の下流、またはその両方において前記バイパス流れを供給する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 1以上の外気入口から流入する強制対流型の外気を使用し、上流の端部と下流の端部とを有する外枠と;
前記外枠を通して供給される前記外気の流動レートを調整する1個以上のダンパーと;
前記外枠に排ガスの流れを供給し、前記外枠において前記外気と前記排ガスとが混合されることにより混合ガスを生成する、1以上の燃料燃焼バーナーと;
前記外枠の内部に配置され、前記混合ガスの少なくとも一部と低温の液体天然ガスとの熱交換を行なう、前記外枠の内部に配置された複数の熱伝導管であって、前記混合ガスに対し直交流、並流、逆流、またはその組み合わせで配置される、複数の熱伝導管と;
前記熱伝導管の上流熱伝導管と下流熱伝導管との間に配置され、前記外枠から一部の混合ガスを放出し、前記一部の混合ガスがバイパス流れを与える出口と;
前記下流熱伝導管の下流において前記バイパス流れを供給する前記気体分配器と;を有するシステムであって、
前記システムは前記排ガス、前記外気、前記バイパス流れ及び前記低温の液体天然ガスの流れのうちの1以上を調整して熱交換の制御を行う、低温液体を気化するシステム。 - 前記熱伝導管に接触する前記混合ガスは、一定の温度である、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃料燃焼バーナーへの前記燃料の流動レートを変えることにより、前記混合ガスの温度を調整する手法と;
前記1個以上の外気入口を通して前記外気の流動レートを変えることにより、前記混合ガスの温度を調整する手法;及び
前記低温液体から接触部への流動レートを調整する手法;
のうち少なくとも1つの手法で、加熱された液体の温度を制御する制御システムを有する、請求項17に記載のシステム。
