Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- LNGを受け取り、環境空気の熱コンテンツを利用して前記LNGを気化し、それによって天然ガス流と冷却空気とを作り出す複数の熱交換導管と、
前記複数の熱交換導管を少なくとも部分的に包囲するハウジングであって、更に、環境空気取入れ制御装置と冷却空気取出し口とを備える前記ハウジングと、
前記冷却空気取出し口に流体的に接続され前記ハウジングからの冷却空気を遠隔の冷却空気消費先に輸送するように構成されたブロアと、
前記環境空気取入れ制御装置および前記ブロアの少なくとも一方の運転パラメータを調節することによって前記遠隔の冷却空気消費先における前記冷却空気の温度を維持するように構成された制御回路と、を備える環境空気液化天然ガス(LNG)気化装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記冷却空気の少なくとも80%を前記ブロアに送るように構成されている請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記冷却空気の全部を前記ブロアに送るように構成されている請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 前記環境空気取入れ制御装置はルーバーの組を含む請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 前記環境空気取入れ制御装置の前記運転パラメータは当該環境空気取入れ制御装置の開放の状態であり、前記ブロアの前記運転パラメータは当該ブロアのファン速度である請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 前記制御回路は、更に、第2の遠隔の冷却空気消費先における前記冷却空気の温度を維持するように構成されている請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 前記制御回路は、更に、前記遠隔冷却空気消費先と第2の遠隔の冷却空気消費先との間の前記冷却空気の流れを調節するように構成されている請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 更に、第2のLNG気化装置と、前記遠隔冷却空気消費先への冷却空気の流れを維持しながら前記LNG気化装置と前記第2のLNG気化装置との交代運転を許容するように構成された第2の制御回路と、を有する請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 前記遠隔冷却空気消費先は、ガスタービン燃焼装置、空気分離プラント、食品冷凍プラント、産業用空調ユニット、およびパワーサイクル中の凝縮装置から成るグループから選択される請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 更に、前記ブロアと前記遠隔冷却空気消費先との間の断熱配管を有し、前記断熱配管は少なくとも1kmの長さを有する請求項1に記載のLNG冷却プラント。
- 環境空気気化装置において液化天然ガス(LNG)を気化する方法であって、
複数の熱交換導管を少なくとも部分的に包囲するとともに、更に、環境空気取り入れ制御装置と冷却空気取出し口とを備えるハウジングを有する環境空気気化装置においてLNGを気化して天然ガス流と冷却空気流とを作り出し、
ブロアを使用して前記ハウジングからの前記冷却空気の少なくとも50%を遠隔の冷却空気消費先に輸送し、
制御回路を使用して、前記環境空気取入れ制御装置と前記ブロアとの少なくとも一方の運転パラメータを調節することによって前記遠隔冷却空気消費先における前記冷却空気の温度を維持する方法。 - 前記ブロアは、前記冷却空気の少なくとも80%を前記遠隔冷却空気消費先に送るように構成されている請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却空気は−20゜F以下の温度を有する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記環境空気取入れ制御装置は、ルーバーの組を含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記環境空気取入れ制御装置の前記運転パラメータは当該環境空気取入れ制御装置の開放の状態であり、前記ブロアの前記運転パラメータは当該ブロアのファン速度である請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記制御回路は、更に、第2の遠隔の冷却空気消費先における前記冷却空気の温度を維持するように構成されている請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記制御回路は、更に、前記遠隔冷却空気消費先と第2の遠隔の冷却空気消費先との間の前記冷却空気の流れを調節するように構成されている請求項11に記載の方法。
- 更に、第2のLNG気化装置と、前記遠隔冷却空気消費先への冷却空気の流れを維持しながら前記LNG気化装置と前記第2のLNG気化装置との交代運転を許容するように構成された第2の制御回路と、を有する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔冷却空気消費先は、ガスタービン燃焼装置、空気分離プラント、食品冷凍プラント、産業用空調ユニット、およびパワーサイクル中の凝縮装置から成るグループから選択される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却空気は、前記ハウジングから前記遠隔冷却空気消費先まで少なくとも1kmの距離を移動する請求項11に記載の方法。
