Claims (15)
- LNGの再ガス化および発電の方法であって、
中間圧力作動流体蒸気および電力を発生するために第1の膨張タービンにおいて作動流体を膨張させるステップと、
低圧作動流体蒸気および追加電力を発生するために第2の膨張タービンにおいて中間圧力作動流体蒸気の第1の部分を膨張させるステップと、
加熱されたLNGおよび第2の凝縮液を発生させるためにLNGの冷凍容量を用いて低圧作動流体蒸気を凝縮させるステップと、
中間圧力作動流体蒸気の第2の部分を凝縮させ、第1の凝縮液および気化されたLNGを発生させるために第2の凝縮液と加熱されたLNGとの冷凍容量を用いるステップと、
作動流体を形成するために第1および第2の凝縮液を混合するステップとを備える、LNGの再ガス化および発電の方法。 - 第1および第2の凝縮液を混合するステップが熱交換器内で実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1および第2の凝縮液が保冷容器内の各交換器で形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合された凝縮液と中間圧力作動流体蒸気の第1の部分との少なくとも一方を加熱するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱するステップには、熱源として、外気、海水、または廃熱が利用される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 混合される凝縮液が第1の膨張タービンに入る前に689.5から3447.5kPaA(100から500psia)の圧力を有し、中間圧力作動流体蒸気が344.7から1723.7kPaA(50から250psia)の圧力を有し、低圧作動流体蒸気が34.5kPaAから344.7kPaA(5から50psia)の圧力を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中間圧力作動流体蒸気の第2の部分に対する中間圧力作動流体蒸気の第1の部分の比が少なくとも1.1である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 作動流体が炭化水素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- LNGが14.2百万標準m 3 /日(500MMscfd)の流量で再ガス化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- LNGの再ガス化および発電システムであって、
LNGを用いて下段作動流体蒸気を凝縮することができ、LNGと下段作動流体凝縮液とを用いて中間段作動流体蒸気を凝縮することができるように構成される保冷容器であって、保冷容器がLNGを気化することができるようにさらに構成される、保冷容器と、
第1の膨張タービンが中間段作動流体蒸気の第2の部分を保冷容器に供給し、中間段作動流体蒸気の第1の部分を第2の膨張タービンに供給するように、保冷容器と第2の膨張タービンに流体結合される第1の膨張タービンとを備え、
第2の膨張タービンが下段作動流体蒸気を発生するように構成され、
第1の膨張タービンが中間段作動流体凝縮液および下段作動流体凝縮液を受け入れるように構成される、LNGの再ガス化および発電システム。 - 保冷容器が下段作動流体凝縮液を中間段作動流体蒸気の中に注入することができるように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 中間段作動流体凝縮液、下段作動流体凝縮液、または中間段作動流体蒸気の第1の部分を加熱することができるように構成されるヒーターをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- ヒーターが、中間段作動流体凝縮液、下段作動流体凝縮液、または中間段作動流体蒸気の第1の部分を加熱するために、外気、海水、または廃熱の熱容量を使用するように構成される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
