Description
図1Aは、サブアレー構成のアンテナ素子(以下、サブアレー素子と呼ぶこともある)の一例を示す。図1Aに示すサブアレー素子は、2×2の4個のアンテナ素子から構成される。また、図1Aに示す一例では、サブアレー素子のサイズを水平方向及び垂直方向の双方とも0.8波長とする。
図2は、本実施の形態に係るレーダ装置10の構成を示すブロック図である。
レーダ送信部100は、レーダ送信信号生成部101−1〜101−Ntと、送信無線部105−1〜105−Ntと、送信アンテナ106−1〜106−Ntとを有する。すなわち、レーダ送信部100は、Nt個の送信アンテナ106を有し、各送信アンテナ106は、それぞれ個別のレーダ送信信号生成部101及び送信無線部105に接続されている。
図2において、レーダ受信部200は、Na個の受信アンテナ202を備え、アレーアンテナを構成する。また、レーダ受信部200は、Na個のアンテナ系統処理部201−1〜201−Naと、方向推定部214と、を有する。

本開示のレーダ装置は、所定の送信周期にてレーダ信号を送信アレーアンテナを用いて送信するレーダ送信部と、前記レーダ信号がターゲットに反射された反射波信号を受信アレーアンテナを用いて受信するレーダ受信部と、を具備し、前記送信アレーアンテナ及び前記受信アレーアンテナは、それぞれ、複数のサブアレー素子を含み、前記複数のサブアレー素子は、前記送信アレーアンテナ及び前記受信アレーアンテナにおいて、第1の方向の直線上に配置され、前記各サブアレー素子は、複数のアンテナ素子を含み、前記サブアレー素子のサイズは、前記第1の方向において、所望のアンテナ素子間隔より大きく、前記送信アレーアンテナのサブアレー素子間隔と、前記受信アレーアンテナのサブアレー素子間隔との差の絶対値は、前記所望のアンテナ素子間隔と同一である。

- 所定の送信周期にてレーダ信号を送信アレーアンテナを用いて送信するレーダ送信部と、
前記レーダ信号がターゲットに反射された反射波信号を受信アレーアンテナを用いて受信するレーダ受信部と、
を具備し、
前記送信アレーアンテナ及び前記受信アレーアンテナは、それぞれ、複数のサブアレー素子を含み、
前記複数のサブアレー素子は、前記送信アレーアンテナ及び前記受信アレーアンテナにおいて、第1の方向の直線上に配置され、
前記各サブアレー素子は、複数のアンテナ素子を含み、
前記サブアレー素子のサイズは、前記第1の方向において、所望のアンテナ素子間隔より大きく、
前記送信アレーアンテナのサブアレー素子間隔と、前記受信アレーアンテナのサブアレー素子間隔との差の絶対値は、前記所望のアンテナ素子間隔と同一である、
