Description
以下、信号伝達回路をハイブリッド車の電力変換装置に適用した実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図10に第2実施形態における駆動回路Da,Dbと、制御装置40との接続を表す概略図を示す。ここで、駆動回路Da,Dbは、それぞれ、駆動回路Dp1〜Dp3,Dn1〜Dn3のうち任意のものである。
・パルスの変形の別例として、計数パルスの振幅を変化させる構成としてもよい。駆動回路Dから出力される信号の具体例を図11に示す。駆動回路Dは、スイッチング素子SWに異常が生じた場合に、計数パルスの振幅を大きくする。これにより、ローパスフィルタ44の出力が閾値電圧Vthを超えるため、制御装置40は異常が生じたことを判定できる。なお、この構成は、アナログ値の大小で異常情報を表す信号を伝達する。このため、絶縁素子として、デジタル信号を伝達する磁気カプラやフォトカプラを用いることは不適当であり、絶縁素子として、トランスなどを用いるとよい。
Claims (9)
- 絶縁された送信装置(D,Dp1〜Dp3,Dn1〜Dn3)と受信装置(40)との間で、絶縁素子(M,Mp1〜Mp3,Mn1〜Mn3)を介して、所定の情報を表す信号を伝達する信号伝達回路において、
前記送信装置は、所定の周期で連続して出力され、その周期に対するデューティ比が100%未満の第1波形を有するパルスの個数により第1情報を表す第1信号を送信する第1送信部(21)と、前記第1波形よりも長い波長のパルスにより第2情報を表す第2信号を送信する第2送信部(22)と、を備え、
共通の前記絶縁素子を介して、前記第1送信部は前記受信装置に対して前記第1信号を送信し、前記第2送信部は前記受信装置に対して前記第2信号を送信し、
前記第2送信部は、前記第1波形を有するパルスと同期して前記第2信号を送信するとともに、前記第1波形よりも長い波長のパルスであって、かつ、前記第1波形を有するパルスが連続して出力される周期より短い波長のパルスにより前記第2情報を表す前記第2信号を送信する信号伝達回路。 - 前記信号伝達回路は、電力変換装置(INV)に用いられるものであり、
前記第1送信部は、前記第1情報として、前記電力変換装置を構成する半導体スイッチング素子(SW,SWp1〜SWp3,SWn1〜SWn3)の温度を表す温度情報を送信し、
前記第2送信部は、前記第2情報として、前記半導体スイッチング素子に異常が生じたことを表す異常情報を送信する請求項1に記載の信号伝達回路。 - 前記送信装置は、前記半導体スイッチング素子の駆動回路であって、前記受信装置は、前記電力変換装置の制御装置である請求項2に記載の信号伝達回路。
- 前記送信装置は、負論理で信号を出力するものであって、
前記第1送信部から出力される前記第1信号と、前記第2送信部から出力される前記第2信号とは、前記絶縁素子よりも前記送信装置側で論理和がとられ前記絶縁素子に入力される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の信号伝達回路。 - 前記送信装置は、正論理で信号を出力するものであって、
前記第1送信部から出力される前記第1信号と、前記第2送信部から出力される前記第2信号とは、前記絶縁素子よりも前記送信装置側で論理和がとられ前記絶縁素子に入力される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の信号伝達回路。 - 前記第2情報は、2種類の状態のいずれかであるかを示す情報であって、前記受信装置と、前記絶縁素子との間には、所定の時定数を有するローパスフィルタ(44)が設けられており、
前記受信装置は、前記第1送信部から出力される前記第1信号と前記第2送信部から出力される前記第2信号との論理和がとられた信号が、前記絶縁素子及び前記ローパスフィルタを介して入力されるとともに、前記ローパスフィルタから入力される信号の電圧値が所定の閾値電圧に達しているか否かに基づいて、前記第2情報が示す状態が切り替わったか否かを判定する請求項4又は5に記載の信号伝達回路。 - 前記送信装置として、前記第1送信部及び前記第2送信部をともに備えている第1送信装置と、前記第2送信部を備えている第2送信装置とを有し、
前記第1送信装置と、前記第2送信装置と、は互いに絶縁されており、
前記第1送信装置と、前記受信装置との間には、前記絶縁素子としての第1絶縁素子が設けられるとともに、前記第2送信装置と、前記受信装置との間には、前記絶縁素子としての第2絶縁素子が設けられ、
前記第1絶縁素子及び前記第2絶縁素子よりも前記受信装置側において、前記第1送信装置から出力される信号と、前記第2送信装置から出力される信号とは、論理和がとられ、前記受信装置に出力される請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の信号伝達回路。 - 前記絶縁素子として、磁気カプラを用いる請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の信号伝達回路。
- 前記受信装置は、前記第1送信部から前記第1信号を受信する第1受信部と、前記第2送信部から前記第2信号を受信する第2受信部と、を備える請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の信号伝達回路。
