Description
Claims (4)
- エンジン、主として前記エンジンによって駆動される第一回転電機、及び、主として車両の駆動輪を駆動する第二回転電機が歯車列を含む変速機構を介して接続されるハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記ハイブリッド車両の運転状態が前記歯車列の異音発生条件を満たすか否かを判定し、
前記異音発生条件を満たすときは、前記第一回転電機から前記変速機構の歯車列へガタ詰めのための押当トルクを与え、前記異音発生条件を満たさないときは前記押当トルクを与えないとする押当処理を行い、
前記押当トルクは、エンジン停止中にエンジン出力軸を回転させ得るエンジンカムトルクを抑制する方向のトルクであって、予め求めて記憶した前記エンジンのクランク角度と前記エンジンカムトルクの方向との関係を用いて、
前記エンジン停止中の前記クランク角度が、
前記エンジンカムトルクによって前記エンジン出力軸が正回転側に回転しやすい角度範囲にあるときは、前記エンジン出力軸を負回転側に回転させる方向の前記押当トルクを与え、
前記エンジンカムトルクによって前記エンジン出力軸が負回転側に回転しやすい角度範囲にあるときは、前記エンジン出力軸を正回転側に回転させる方向の前記押当トルクを与えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記異音発生条件を満たしたときからの経過時間が所定値以内にあるときは、前記エンジンのクランク角度に関わらず前記エンジン出力軸を正回転側に回転させる方向の前記押当トルクを与えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記異音発生条件は、
運転モードが前記エンジンを停止し前記第二回転電機のみで走行するEVモードであること、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速が所定速度以下であること、
前記ハイブリッド車両が走行中であり停車中でないこと、
及び、
駆動輪に対しトルクを出力するシフトポジションにあることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記所定速度は、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速が増速中と前記ハイブリッド車両の車速が減速中とで異なる値となるヒステリシス特性を有し、減速中の前記所定速度は、増速中の前記所定速度よりも低速であることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
