Description
すなわち、この発明の玉軸受用保持器は、玉を収容可能な複数のポケットを円筒体の円周方向に設け、各ポケットは軸方向の一方に開口し、前記開口の両側に一対のつのを配置した合成樹脂製の冠形保持器において、前記円筒体と一体成形され、前記円筒体の円周方向に走り、前記つのよりも反ポケット側に位置し、かつ前記玉の移動を規制する架橋部を備えており、前記複数のポケットは、周縁に前記円筒体の内径面および外径面から立ち上がったリブを備えており、前記一対のつのの離間距離が玉直径の85〜97%であることを特徴とするものである。
架橋部とポケット内に収容した玉との間に、ポケットの球面状の内壁面と玉との間のすきまと同等のすきまを確保する。
保持器40は、合成樹脂製の円筒体42からなり、その円周方向に所定の間隔で窓穴44が設けてある。通常、窓穴の間隔は等間隔とするが、不等ピッチとすることもある。円筒体42は、最初から筒状に成形したものでもよいが、とくに呼び径の大きな玉軸受用の場合などは長尺のリボン状の板材を円筒形状に丸めたものでもよい。

Claims (4)
- 玉を収容可能な複数のポケットを円筒体の円周方向に設け、各ポケットは軸方向の一方に開口し、前記開口の両側に一対のつのを配置した合成樹脂製の冠形保持器において、
前記円筒体と一体成形され、前記円筒体の円周方向に走り、前記つのよりも反ポケット側に位置し、かつ前記玉の移動を規制する架橋部を備えており、
前記複数のポケットは、周縁に前記円筒体の内径面および外径面から立ち上がったリブを備えており、
前記一対のつのの離間距離が玉直径の85〜97%である冠形保持器。 - 前記架橋部と前記玉との間のすきまと、前記ポケットの内壁面と前記玉との間のすきまが相等しい請求項1の冠形保持器。
- 請求項1又は2の冠形保持器を用いた玉軸受。
- CTスキャナ装置用の超薄肉形玉軸受である請求項3の玉軸受。
