Claims (8)
- (1) 少なくとも2つの鋼加工物を継手の形に配置するステップと、
(2) レーザー光線を用いて、前記加工物の各々の一部と、ニッケル及び鉄の少なくとも一方の粉末とを溶解させて、ニッケルと鉄の少なくとも一方を含んでケイ酸塩アイランドを実質的に全く伴わない溶接線を形成するステップと、
(3) 塗装法、リン酸塩処理法又は電着法を通じて前記溶接線の少なくとも一部上にコーティングを適用するステップと、
を含む、部品の製造方法であって、
前記方法は、前記工程(2)の後であって且つ前記工程(3)の前に、ケイ酸塩アイランドを除去するための摩耗又は化学処理を含まない、前記方法。 - 前記粉末はニッケル粉である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記粉末は鉄粉である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングを適用する前記ステップは、前記溶接線の少なくとも一部を塗装するステップとしてさらに定義される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングを適用する前記ステップは、前記溶接線の少なくとも一部をリン酸塩処理するステップとしてさらに定義される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングを適用する前記ステップは、前記溶接線の少なくとも一部を電着するステップとしてさらに定義される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ステップ(2)において、レーザー光線による溶解の間、シールドガスが前記加工物の継手部分に供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(2)において、レーザー光線による溶解の間、前記ニッケルと鉄の少なくとも一方の粉末及びシールドガスが前記加工物の継手部分に供給される、請求項1に記載の方法。
