Claims (12)
- 部品であって、
ニッケルと鉄の少なくとも一方を含んでケイ酸塩アイランドを実質的に全く伴わない溶接線において接合された少なくとも2つの鋼加工物と、
前記ケイ酸塩アイランドを実質的に全く伴わない前記溶接線の一部に結合させた塗装、リン酸塩処理又は電着コーティングと、
を有することを特徴とする部品。 - 前記溶接線は鉄を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。 - 前記溶接線はニッケルを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。 - 前記コーティングは塗装コーティングである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。 - 前記コーティングはリン酸塩処理コーティングである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。 - 前記コーティングは電着コーティングである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品。 - 部品の製造方法であって、
少なくとも2つの鋼加工物を継手の形に配置するステップと、
レーザー光線を用いて、前記加工物の各々の一部と、ニッケル及び鉄の少なくとも一方の粉末とを溶解させて、ニッケルと鉄の少なくとも一方を含んでケイ酸塩アイランドを実質的に全く伴わない溶接線を形成するステップと、
塗装法、リン酸塩処理法又は電着法を通じて前記溶接線の少なくとも一部上にコーティングを適用するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記粉末はニッケル粉である、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記粉末は鉄粉である、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングを適用する前記ステップは、前記溶接線の少なくとも一部を塗装するステップとしてさらに定義される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングを適用する前記ステップは、前記溶接線の少なくとも一部をリン酸塩処理するステップとしてさらに定義される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記コーティングを前記適用するステップは、前記溶接線の少なくとも一部を電着するステップとしてさらに定義される、
