Description
エンジン1は、ガソリンエンジンやディーゼルエンジンなどの燃料を燃焼させて動力を出力する公知の動力装置であって、例えば、吸気通路に設けられたスロットルバルブのスロットル開度(吸気空気量)、燃料噴射量、点火時期などの運転状態を制御できるように構成されている。エンジン1の運転状態はECU100によって制御される。ECU100は、上記した吸入空気量制御、燃料噴射量制御、及び、点火時期制御などを含むエンジン1の各種制御を実行する。
ワンウェイクラッチ11は、エンジン1のクランクシャフト10に設けられている。ワンウェイクラッチ11は、エンジン1の回転を規制する装置である。ワンウェイクラッチ11は、エンジン1の運転時におけるクランクシャフト10の回転方向を正方向とした場合、そのクランクシャフト10の正方向の回転を許容し、負方向の回転(エンジン1の逆回転)を規制する。
第1モータジェネレータMG1は、入力軸2に対して相対回転自在に支持された永久磁石からなるロータMG1Rと、3相巻線が巻回されたステータMG1Sとを備えた交流同期発電機であって、発電機として機能するとともに電動機(走行用の駆動力を発生する駆動源)としても機能する。また、第2モータジェネレータMG2も同様に、永久磁石からなるロータMG2Rと3相巻線が巻回されたステータMG2Sとを備えた交流同期発電機であって、電動機(走行用の駆動力を発生する駆動源)として機能するとともに発電機としても機能する。
図1に示すように、遊星歯車機構3は、複数の歯車要素の中心で自転する外歯歯車のサンギヤS1と、サンギヤS1に外接しながらその周辺を自転しつつ公転する外歯歯車のピニオンギヤP1と、ピニオンギヤP1と噛み合うように中空環状に形成された内歯歯車のリングギヤR1と、ピニオンギヤP1を支持するとともに、このピニオンギヤP1の公転を通じて自転するプラネタリキャリアCA1とを有する。
ギヤ機構5は、カウンタシャフト4に一体回転可能に設けられたカウンタドリブンギヤ51及びファイナルギヤ52と、リダクションギヤ53とを備えており、リダクションギヤ53がカウンタドリブンギヤ51と噛み合っている。リダクションギヤ53は第2モータジェネレータMG2のロータMG2Rに一体回転可能に連結されている。これにより、第2モータジェネレータMG2が出力する駆動力は、リダクションギヤ53、カウンタドリブンギヤ51、カウンタシャフト4、ファイナルギヤ52及びデファレンシャル装置6を介してドライブシャフト61(駆動輪7)に伝達される。
ECU100は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)及びバックアップRAMなどを備えている。
走行モード制御について図1、図3及び図4を参照して説明する。
ECU100は、遊星歯車機構3のピニオンギヤP1(ピニオンピンも含む)の温度(ピニオン温度)を推定する。このECU100が実行するピニオン温度推定の処理について説明する。
ピニオンギヤP1の回転数Npinは、リングギヤR1の回転数とプラネタリキャリアCA1の回転数との差に、リングギヤR1とピニオンギヤP1とのギヤ比(リングギヤR1の歯数とピニオンギヤP1の歯数との比)を乗算することにより算出する。ここで、リングギヤR1の回転数は、出力軸回転数センサ112にて検出される回転数(カウンタドリブンギヤ51の回転数)、及び、カウンタドリブンギヤ51とカウンタドライブギヤ31とのギヤ比(カウンタドリブンギヤ51の歯数とカウンタドライブギヤ31の歯数との比)に基づいて算出する。プラネタリキャリアCA1の回転数は、当該プラネタリキャリアCA1がエンジン1のクランクシャフト10に連結されているので、クランクポジションセンサ101によって検出されるエンジン回転数とする。
第1モータジェネレータMG1のトルク(MG1トルク)は、MG1回転数センサ113によって検出される回転数(MG1回転数)及びMG1電流センサ115によって検出される電流値に基づいて算出する。
上記処理にて求めたピニオンギヤP1の回転数Npin及び第1モータジェネレータMG1のトルク(MG1トルク)に基づいて、図5のマップを参照してピニオン温度の温度上昇量ΔTpin(℃)を求める。また、油温センサ104の出力信号から現在の油温Toil(℃)を求める。そして、油温Toilに余裕値αを加えたもの(Toil+α)をピニオン温度初期値とし、そのピニオン温度初期値に上記ピニオン温度上昇量ΔTpinを加算したもの(ピニオン温度初期値+ΔTpin)をピニオン温度(推定温度)とする。
次に、EV走行時にECU100が実行する駆動力分担割合設定制御の一例について図6のフローチャートを参照して説明する。図6の制御ルーチンはECU100において実行される。
次に、EV走行時にECU100が実行する駆動力分担割合設定制御の実施形態について図11のフローチャートを参照して説明する。図11の制御ルーチンはECU100において実行される。
なお、今回開示した実施形態は、すべての点で例示であって、限定的な解釈の根拠となるものではない。したがって、本発明の技術的範囲は、上記した実施形態のみによって解釈されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲の記載に基づいて画定される。また、本発明の技術的範囲には、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれる。

Claims (1)
- サンギヤ、リングギヤ、ピニオンギヤ及びプラネタリキャリアを有し、動力伝達経路に配置される遊星歯車機構と、第1電動機及び第2電動機とを備え、前記遊星歯車機構に前記第1電動機が連結されており、前記第2電動機のみの駆動力での走行と、前記第1電動機及び前記第2電動機の両方の駆動力での走行とが可能な車両に適用される制御装置であって、
前記ピニオンギヤのピニオン温度を推定するピニオン温度推定手段と、
当該車両の要求駆動力に対して前記第1電動機及び前記第2電動機のそれぞれの駆動力分担割合を設定する駆動力分担割合設定手段とを備え、
前記駆動力分担割合設定手段は、
前記ピニオン温度推定手段にて推定されるピニオン温度が所定温度以下である場合は、前記要求駆動力が第1所定値を超えた場合に前記第1電動機の駆動力分担割合をゼロから増やす一方、
前記ピニオン温度推定手段にて推定されるピニオン温度が前記所定温度よりも高い場合は、前記要求駆動力が前記第1所定値よりも大きい第2所定値を超えた場合に前記第1電動機の駆動力分担割合をゼロから増やすように、駆動力分担割合を設定する構成とされているとともに、
前記第1所定値及び前記第2所定値は共に前記第2電動機の最大駆動力よりも小さい値に設定されていることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
