Description
Claims (11)
- エンジンの出力トルクが伝達されるキャリヤとサンギヤとリングギヤとを回転要素として備えかつ差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、前記キャリヤの回転を選択的に止めるブレーキ機構と、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか一方のギヤに連結された発電機能のある第1モータと、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか他方のギヤに連結された出力部材と、前記出力部材のトルクに走行のための駆動トルクを付加する第2モータとを有し、前記キャリヤの回転を前記ブレーキ機構によって止めた状態でかつ前記第1モータが出力したトルクを前記動力分割機構を介して前記出力部材に伝達しさらに前記第2モータが前記駆動トルクを出力するモータ駆動状態を設定できるハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータ駆動状態の許可および禁止を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることを判定し、
前記モータ駆動状態が中断しかつ前記中断している時間が予め定めた時間より短い場合には前記モータ駆動状態となっていることの前記判定を維持し、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることの前記判定が成立している時間をカウントし、
前記カウントされた時間に基づいて前記動力分割機構の温度を求め、
前記求められた温度が予め定めた上限温度より低い場合に前記モータ駆動状態を許可し、かつ前記求められた温度が前記上限温度以上の場合に前記モータ駆動状態を禁止する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記動力分割機構の温度を、前記カウントされた時間と温度上昇率とに基づいて求め、
前記温度上昇率を、前記第1モータの回転数と前記第1モータから前記動力分割機構に入力されるトルクと前記第1モータから前記動力分割機構に入力されるエネルギとの少なくともいずれか一つが大きい場合には、小さい場合に比較して大きい値に設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記動力分割機構の潤滑油の温度を検出し、
前記動力分割機構の温度を、前記カウントされた時間と温度上昇率とに基づいて求め、
前記温度上昇率を、前記潤滑油の温度が低いほど小さい値に設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記モータ駆動状態に切り替えた時点の前記動力分割機構の初期温度を求め、
前記初期温度が予め定めた基準温度以下の場合には、前記基準温度に、前記カウントされた時間と温度上昇率とに基づいて求められた温度を加算して前記動力分割機構の温度を求め、
前記初期温度が予め定めた基準温度を超えている場合には、前記初期温度に、前記カウントされた時間と前記温度上昇率とに基づいて求められた温度を加算して前記動力分割機構の温度を求めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記モータ駆動状態に切り替える以前における前記ハイブリッド車の動作状態と前記ハイブリッド車が置かれている環境情報との少なくともいずれかを取得し、
前記初期温度を、前記動作状態と前記環境情報との少なくともいずれかに基づいて求めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - エンジンの出力トルクが伝達されるキャリヤとサンギヤとリングギヤとを回転要素として備えるとともにピニオンギヤおよびピニオンピンを備えかつ差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、前記キャリヤの回転を選択的に止めるブレーキ機構と、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか一方のギヤに連結された発電機能のある第1モータと、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか他方のギヤに連結された出力部材と、前記出力部材のトルクに走行のための駆動トルクを付加する第2モータとを有し、前記キャリヤの回転を前記ブレーキ機構によって止めた状態でかつ前記第1モータが出力したトルクを前記動力分割機構を介して前記出力部材に伝達しさらに前記第2モータが前記駆動トルクを出力するモータ駆動状態を設定できるハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータ駆動状態の許可および禁止を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることを判定し、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることの判定が成立している時間をカウントし、
前記第1モータの回転数と前記第1モータから前記動力分割機構に入力されるトルクと前記第1モータから前記動力分割機構に入力されるエネルギとの少なくともいずれか一つが大きい場合には、小さい場合に比較して大きい値に設定する予め定められた温度上昇率と前記カウントされた時間とに基づいて前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンの温度を求め、
前記求められた温度が予め定めた上限温度より低い場合に前記モータ駆動状態を許可し、かつ前記求められた温度が前記上限温度以上の場合に前記モータ駆動状態を禁止する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - エンジンの出力トルクが伝達されるキャリヤとサンギヤとリングギヤとを回転要素として備えるとともにピニオンギヤおよびピニオンピンを備えかつ差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、前記キャリヤの回転を選択的に止めるブレーキ機構と、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか一方のギヤに連結された発電機能のある第1モータと、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか他方のギヤに連結された出力部材と、前記出力部材のトルクに走行のための駆動トルクを付加する第2モータとを有し、前記キャリヤの回転を前記ブレーキ機構によって止めた状態でかつ前記第1モータが出力したトルクを前記動力分割機構を介して前記出力部材に伝達しさらに前記第2モータが前記駆動トルクを出力するモータ駆動状態を設定できるハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータ駆動状態の許可および禁止を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることを判定し、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることの前記判定が成立している時間をカウントし、
前記動力分割機構の潤滑油の温度を検出し、
検出された前記潤滑油の温度が低いほど小さい値とされる予め定められた温度上昇率と前記カウントされた時間とに基づいて前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンの温度を求め、
前記求められた温度が予め定めた上限温度より低い場合に前記モータ駆動状態を許可し、かつ前記求められた温度が前記上限温度以上の場合に前記モータ駆動状態を禁止する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記モータ駆動状態に切り替えた時点の前記動力分割機構の初期温度を求め、
前記初期温度が前記モータ駆動状態に切り替える制御の開始時における下限値として予め定めた基準温度以下の場合には、前記基準温度に、前記カウントされた時間と前記温度上昇率とに基づいて求められた温度を加算して前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンの温度を求め、
前記初期温度が予め定めた基準温度を超えている場合には、前記初期温度に、前記カウントされた時間と前記温度上昇率とに基づいて求められた温度を加算して前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンの温度を求めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - エンジンの出力トルクが伝達されるキャリヤとサンギヤとリングギヤとを回転要素として備えかつ差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、前記キャリヤの回転を選択的に止めるブレーキ機構と、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか一方のギヤに連結された発電機能のある第1モータと、前記サンギヤとリングギヤとのいずれか他方のギヤに連結された出力部材と、前記出力部材のトルクに走行のための駆動トルクを付加する第2モータとを有し、前記キャリヤの回転を前記ブレーキ機構によって止めた状態でかつ前記第1モータが出力したトルクを前記動力分割機構を介して前記出力部材に伝達しさらに前記第2モータが前記駆動トルクを出力するモータ駆動状態を設定できるハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記モータ駆動状態の許可および禁止を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることを判定し、
前記モータ駆動状態となっていることの前記判定が成立している時間をカウントし、
前記モータ駆動状態に切り替えた時点の前記動力分割機構についての初期温度を求め、
前記初期温度が前記モータ駆動状態に切り替える制御の開始時における下限値として予め定めた基準温度以下の場合には、前記基準温度に、前記カウントされた時間と温度上昇率とに基づいて求められた温度を加算して前記動力分割機構の温度を求め、
前記初期温度が前記基準温度を超えている場合には、前記初期温度に、前記カウントされた時間と前記温度上昇率とに基づいて求められた温度を加算して前記動力分割機構の温度を求め、
前記求められた温度が予め定めた上限温度より低い場合に前記モータ駆動状態を許可し、かつ前記求められた温度が前記上限温度以上の場合に前記モータ駆動状態を禁止する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項8または9に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記モータ駆動状態に切り替える以前における前記ハイブリッド車の動作状態と前記ハイブリッド車が置かれている環境情報との少なくともいずれかを取得し、
前記初期温度を、前記動作状態と前記環境情報との少なくともいずれかに基づいて求めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に、
前記カウントされた時間が、前記モータ駆動状態を継続可能な予め定めた上限時間を超えた場合に前記モータ駆動状態を禁止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。
