Claims (5)
- エンジンの出力トルクが伝達されるキャリヤとサンギヤとリングギヤとを回転要素として備えるとともにピニオンギヤおよびピニオンピンを備えかつ差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、前記キャリヤの回転を選択的に止めるブレーキ機構と、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか一方のギヤに連結された発電機能のある第1モータと、前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとのいずれか他方のギヤに連結された出力部材と、前記出力部材のトルクに走行のための駆動トルクを付加する第2モータとを有し、前記キャリヤの回転を前記ブレーキ機構によって止めた状態でかつ前記第1モータが出力したトルクを前記動力分割機構を介して前記出力部材に伝達しさらに前記第2モータが前記駆動トルクを出力する第1駆動状態と前記ブレーキ機構による前記キャリヤの固定を解除して前記エンジンの動力もしくは前記第2モータの動力で走行する第2駆動状態とを設定できるハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記第1駆動状態の許可および禁止を制御するコントローラを備え、
そのコントローラは、
前記第1駆動状態が終了している時間をカウントし、
そのカウントされた時間に基づいて前記ピニオンギヤまたはピニオンピンの温度を求め、
該求められた温度が予め定めた許可温度より低い場合に前記第1駆動状態を許可し、かつ前記求められた温度が前記許可温度以上の場合に前記第1駆動状態を禁止する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に
前記第1駆動状態が中断しかつその中断している時間が予め定めた時間より長い場合に前記第1駆動状態が終了したことの判定を成立させ、その判定が成立している時間を前記第1駆動状態が終了している時間としてカウントするように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に
前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンについて既に求められている温度と前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンについて予め定められている基準温度のいずれか一方の温度である前回値から、前記カウントされた時間と温度低下率とに基づいて求められた温度を減算して、前記ピニオンギヤまたは前記ピニオンピンの温度を求め、
前記温度低下率を、前記第2駆動状態での車速が速いほど、または前記動力分割機構に供給される潤滑油と前記ピニオンギヤまたはピニオンピンの温度との差が大きいほど、大きい値に設定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に
前記第1駆動状態の終了が判定された時点の前記ピニオンギヤまたはピニオンピンの初期温度を求め、
該初期温度が予め定めた基準温度以下の場合には、その基準温度から、前記カウントされた時間と前記温度低下率とに基づいて求められた温度を減算して前記ピニオンギヤまたはピニオンピンの温度を求め、
前記初期温度が前記基準温度より高温の場合には、前記初期温度から、前記カウントされた時間と前記温度低下率とに基づいて求められた温度を減算して前記ピニオンギヤまたはピニオンピンの温度を求めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、更に
前記カウントされた時間が、前記第1駆動状態を継続可能な予め定めた下限時間以下の場合に前記第1駆動状態を禁止するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の駆動制御装置。
