Claims (15)
- 第1動力源からの動力が入力される第1入力軸と、
第2動力源からの動力が入力される第2入力軸と、
第1駆動輪に動力を出力する第1出力軸と、
第2駆動輪に動力を出力する第2出力軸と、
三つの回転要素として、前記第2入力軸が連結された第1回転要素と、前記第2出力軸が連結された第2回転要素と、前記第1出力軸が連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動装置と、
前記三つの回転要素のうちのいずれか二つの回転要素を選択的に連結する係合装置と、
を備え、
前記係合装置を解放し、前記三つの回転要素が差動可能になる第1モードと、前記係合装置を係合し、前記三つの回転要素が機械的に一体化された第2モードとの間で切り替わることが可能な動力伝達装置を搭載した車両であって、
前記第1モード中に前記第2動力源の温度が閾値よりも高くなる場合、かつ前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がある場合には、前記第1モードから前記第2モードに切り替わり、
前記第1モード中に前記第2動力源の温度が閾値よりも高くなる場合であっても前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がない場合には、前記第1モードを維持したまま前記第2動力源の出力を制限する
ことを特徴とする車両。 - 要求駆動力が所定値よりも大きい場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記要求駆動力が所定値以下である場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両。 - 車速が所定車速よりも低い場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記車速が所定車速以上である場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両。 - 登坂路を走行する際の路面勾配が所定値よりも大きい場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記路面勾配が所定値以下である場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両。 - 前記第1駆動輪のスリップが発生している場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記第1駆動輪のスリップが発生していない場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両。 - 前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する運転モードに切り替えるスイッチが運転者により操作された場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記スイッチが操作されていない場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両。 - 前記第1モード中に前記第2動力源の温度が閾値よりも高くなる場合には、運転者に対して前記第2動力源の温度低下を促す警告を行い、
前記警告を行った後に、前記第2動力源の温度が低下傾向にない場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があるか否かを判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両。 - 第1動力源からの動力が入力される第1入力軸と、
第2動力源からの動力が入力される第2入力軸と、
第1駆動輪に動力を出力する第1出力軸と、

前記第1モード中に前記第2動力源の温度が閾値よりも高くなる場合、かつ前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がある場合には、前記差動装置の状態を前記第1モードから前記第2モードに切り替える制御部を有し、
前記制御部は、前記第1モード中に前記第2動力源の温度が閾値よりも高くなる場合であっても前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がない場合には、前記第1モードを維持したまま前記第2動力源の出力を制限する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があるか否かを判定する判定部をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、
要求駆動力が所定値よりも大きい場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記要求駆動力が所定値以下である場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、
車速が所定車速よりも低い場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記車速が所定車速以上である場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、
登坂路を走行する際の路面勾配が所定値よりも大きい場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記路面勾配が所定値以下である場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9から11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、

前記第1駆動輪のスリップが発生していない場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9から12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、
前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する運転モードに切り替えるスイッチが運転者により操作された場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があると判定し、
前記スイッチが操作されていない場合には、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要がないと判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9から13のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1モード中に前記第2動力源の温度が閾値よりも高くなる場合には、運転者に対して前記第2動力源の温度低下を促す警告を行い、
前記判定部は、前記警告を行った後、前記第2動力源の温度が低下傾向にない場合に、前記第1駆動輪と前記第2駆動輪とを両方とも駆動する必要があるか否かを判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項9から14のうちのいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
