Description
中間軸に動力を出力可能なエンジンと、前記中間軸に動力を入出力可能なモータと、前記モータを駆動するためのインバータと、前記インバータを介して前記モータと電力をやりとり可能なバッテリと、前記中間軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との間の動力の伝達および伝達の解除を機械的に行なう動力伝達手段と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
シフトポジションがニュートラルポジションのとき、前記インバータのゲート遮断によってニュートラル状態を形成する電気ニュートラル制御と、前記動力伝達手段による前記中間軸と前記駆動軸との間の動力の伝達の解除によってニュートラル状態を形成する機械ニュートラル制御と、のうち少なくとも一方を実行する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、シフトポジションが走行用ポジションからニュートラルポジションに操作されるニュートラル操作が行なわれたとき、エンジンの出力に関するパラメータが閾値以上のときには前記機械ニュートラル制御を実行し、前記パラメータが前記閾値未満のときには前記電気ニュートラル制御を実行する手段である、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 中間軸に動力を出力可能なエンジンと、前記中間軸に動力を入出力可能なモータと、前記モータを駆動するためのインバータと、前記インバータを介して前記モータと電力をやりとり可能なバッテリと、前記中間軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸との間の動力の伝達および伝達の解除を機械的に行なう動力伝達手段と、を備えるハイブリッド自動車であって、
シフトポジションがニュートラルポジションのとき、前記インバータのゲート遮断によってニュートラル状態を形成する電気ニュートラル制御と、前記動力伝達手段による前記中間軸と前記駆動軸との間の動力の伝達の解除によってニュートラル状態を形成する機械ニュートラル制御と、のうち少なくとも一方を実行する制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記エンジンの出力を用いた前進走行中にシフトポジションが走行用ポジションからニュートラルポジションに操作されるニュートラル操作が行なわれたとき、アクセル開度と前記エンジンから出力されるトルクと前記エンジンから出力されるパワーとのうちの何れか1つであるパラメータが閾値以上のときには前記機械ニュートラル制御を実行し、前記パラメータが前記閾値未満のときには前記電気ニュートラル制御を実行する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記ニュートラル操作が行なわれて前記機械ニュートラル制御を実行している最中に前記エンジンの回転数が回転数閾値以下に至ったときには、前記電気ニュートラル制御に切り替える手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記エンジンの出力軸と前記モータの回転軸と前記中間軸とに3つの回転要素が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2モータと、
前記第2モータを駆動するための第2インバータと、
を備え、
前記バッテリは、前記インバータを介して前記モータと電力をやりとり可能であると共に前記第2インバータを介して前記第2モータと電力をやりとり可能であり、
前記制御手段は、前記電気ニュートラル制御を実行する際には、前記インバータおよび前記第2インバータのゲート遮断によってニュートラル状態を形成する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項3記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記閾値は、前記中間軸の回転数が小さいほど小さくなる傾向に設定される、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項3または4記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記ニュートラル操作が行なわれて前記機械ニュートラル制御を実行している最中に前記エンジンの回転数が回転数閾値以下に至ったときには、前記電気ニュートラル制御に切り替える手段であり、
前記回転数閾値は、前記中間軸の回転数が小さいほど小さくなる傾向に設定される、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記機械ニュートラル制御の実行時には、前記エンジンと前記モータとが前記ニュートラル操作が行なわれたときの回転数で保持されるように制御する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項6記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記制御手段は、前記機械ニュートラル制御の実行開始から所定時間経過後は、前記エンジンがアイドル回転数で回転すると共に、前記中間軸の回転数が、前記動力伝達手段による前記中間軸と前記駆動軸との間の動力の伝達が可能となったときに想定される回転数となるように制御する手段である、
ハイブリッド自動車。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つの請求項に記載のハイブリッド自動車であって、
前記動力伝達手段は、係合要素を有し前記中間軸と前記駆動軸とに介在する有段変速機である、
ハイブリッド自動車。
