Description
Claims (5)
- 電動機によって駆動される車両に搭載される電気車のブレーキ制御装置であって、
ブレーキ指令に含まれる前記車両の減速度、および前記車両の荷重に基づき、前記減速度を得るのに必要なブレーキ力である必要ブレーキ力を算出する必要ブレーキ力算出部と、
前記電動機の動作によって生じた電気ブレーキ力を算出する電気ブレーキ力算出部と、
前記電動機の速度が閾値以下である場合には、電気ブレーキ力が失効し始める第2の時刻より前の第1の時刻に前記電気ブレーキ力算出部で算出された前記電気ブレーキ力を、より小さい値に調節して出力する調節部と、
を備え、
前記調節部が出力する前記電気ブレーキ力は、前記第1の時刻から前記第2の時刻まで一定である、
電気車のブレーキ制御装置。 - 電動機によって駆動される車両に搭載される電気車のブレーキ制御装置であって、
ブレーキ指令に含まれる前記車両の減速度、および前記車両の荷重に基づき、前記減速度を得るのに必要なブレーキ力である必要ブレーキ力を算出する必要ブレーキ力算出部と、
前記電動機の動作によって生じた電気ブレーキ力を算出する電気ブレーキ力算出部と、
前記電動機の速度が閾値以下である場合には、前記電気ブレーキ力算出部で算出された前記電気ブレーキ力を、より小さい値に調節して出力する調節部と、
を備え、
前記調節部は、
前記必要ブレーキ力に応じた、前記電動機の速度と電気ブレーキ力との関係を示す第1の関係式、および、前記必要ブレーキ力と前記車両の荷重とに応じて算出される前記電動機の減速度に基づく一定量を、前記電動機の速度の低下に起因する電気ブレーキの失効が生じる前記電動機の速度範囲における電気ブレーキ力の変化を示す関係式から減算して算出した第2の関係式を用いて、
前記電動機の速度に基づいて前記第1の関係式から算出される電気ブレーキ力である第1のブレーキ力が、該電動機の速度に応じて前記第2の関係式から算出される電気ブレーキ力である第2のブレーキ力より大きい場合には、前記電気ブレーキ力算出部で算出された電気ブレーキ力を出力し、前記第1のブレーキ力が前記第2のブレーキ力以下である場合には、前記電気ブレーキ力算出部で算出された電気ブレーキ力を、より小さい値に調節して出力する、
電気車のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記電動機の速度が前記閾値より大きい場合には、前記電気ブレーキ力算出部で算出された前記電気ブレーキ力を出力する、
請求項1または2に記載の電気車のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記必要ブレーキ力から、前記調節部が出力する前記電気ブレーキ力を減算して算出した機械ブレーキ指令を機械ブレーキに送る機械ブレーキ制御部、
をさらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気車のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記必要ブレーキ力に応じて、前記電動機の制御に用いられる電気ブレーキパターンを算出して出力するパターン算出部、
をさらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電気車のブレーキ制御装置。
