図3aを参照すると、複数の磁性体シート11を積層する前に、各磁性体シート11を層別に打ち抜く(punching)。
図3bを参照すると、打ち抜かれた磁性体シートを積層して、溝が形成されている複数のブロックB1、B2、B3を製造する。
図3cを参照すると、巻線型コイル部20を設ける段階が行われる。
図3dを参照すると、磁性金属で柱状コア部60を製造する段階が行われる。
図3eを参照すると、複数のブロックのうち第1ブロックB1は、磁性体シート11のうち下部磁性体シート11を積層して製作し、柱状コア部60が挿入される溝が形成されている。
図3fを参照すると、複数のブロックのうち第2ブロックB2は、磁性体シート11のうち中間磁性体シート11を積層して製作する。上記第2ブロックB2は、貫通孔が形成された構造であり、厚さ方向の中央部にメタルフレーム41が挿入されている。
図3gを参照すると、上記柱状コア部60に上記巻線型コイル部20を載置する。
図3iを参照すると、上記積層体を加圧して本体10を形成する。
図3jを参照すると、上記鉄板50を除去し、180℃の温度で1時間ほど硬化して、硬化された本体10を製作する。

Claims (7)
- 複数の磁性体シートを層別に打ち抜き、打ち抜かれた磁性体シートを積層して、溝が形成されている複数のブロックを製造する段階と、
巻線型コイルを設ける段階と、
磁性金属で柱状コアを製造する段階と、
前記複数のブロックのうち第1ブロックに形成された溝に前記柱状コアを挿入する段階と、
前記複数のブロックのうち貫通孔が形成された第2ブロックを前記第1ブロック上に積層し、且つ前記柱状コアが前記貫通孔を貫通して配置されるようにする段階と、
前記柱状コアに前記巻線型コイルを載置する段階と、
前記巻線型コイルが載置された第2ブロック上に、前記複数のブロックのうち第3ブロックの溝に前記柱状コアが位置するように第3ブロックを積層して積層体を製造する段階と、を含む、コイル電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記積層体を加圧して本体を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記積層体を加圧して本体を形成する段階は、前記積層体の上部と下部に鉄板を配置して行われる、請求項2に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記巻線型コイルはリードを有し、
前記コイルの両端から前記積層体の一面に前記リードを露出させる露出部を有する、請求項2または請求項3に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記リードは、前記本体の幅方向の側面に露出する、請求項4に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記露出部を折り曲げて、前記本体の外側に外部端子を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記外部端子は、前記本体の幅方向の側面から本体の下面に延在して形成される、請求項6に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
