Abstract
Description
以下、本発明の一実施形態によるコイル電子部品を説明するにあたり、特に、パワーインダクタを例に挙げて説明するが、必ずしもこれに制限されるものではない。
図3a〜図3cは、本発明の他の実施形態によるコイル電子部品の製造工程を順次説明する図である。

Claims (20)
- コア部と前記コア部に巻線されたコイルとを含む磁性体本体を含み、
前記コア部は金属フレークと樹脂を含み、前記コア部は射出成形して形成される、コイル電子部品。 - 前記金属フレークは、前記コイルの巻線方向に平行に配置される、請求項1に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記金属フレークは形状異方性金属粉末状である、請求項1または2に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記金属フレークは、形状異方性金属粉末の板状面の一軸が磁束方向に平行に配置される、請求項3に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記金属フレークの透磁率方向は磁束方向と一致する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記樹脂は結晶性エポキシ樹脂である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記金属フレークは、鉄(Fe)、ケイ素(Si)、ホウ素(B)、クロム(Cr)、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ニオビウム(Nb)及びニッケル(Ni)からなる群から選択されたいずれか一つ以上を含む金属又は合金からなる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記磁性体本体は、前記コア部の第2の充填率に比べてより低い第1の充填率を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記金属フレークは、前記コア部内に互いに平行に配置される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 前記コア部の金属フレークは形状異方性金属粉末を含み、磁性体本体は形状等方性金属粉末を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品。
- 金属フレークと樹脂を射出成形して円筒状構造体を製造する段階と、
前記円筒状構造体を切断して形成されたコア部を基板にローディングする段階と、
前記コア部にコイルをローディングする段階と、
前記コイルがローディングされたコア部を金属粉末を含む磁性体で囲む段階と、
を含む、コイル電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記コイルはソレノイド型である、請求項11に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属フレークは、前記コイルの巻線方向に平行に配置される、請求項11または12に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属フレークは形状異方性金属粉末状である、請求項11から13のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属フレークは、形状異方性金属粉末の板状面の一軸が磁束方向に平行に配置される、請求項14に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 前記金属フレークの透磁率方向は磁束方向と一致する、請求項11から15のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
- 射出成形して金属フレークと樹脂を含むコア部を製造する段階と、
前記コア部の周囲にコイルを配置する段階と、
金属粉末を含む磁性体を形成し、前記コア部の周囲に配置されたコイルを有するコイル部を囲む段階と、
を含む、コイル電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記コア部を製造する段階は、
金属フレークと樹脂を含む円筒状構造体を射出成形して形成する段階と、
前記円筒状構造体を複数のコア部に切断する段階と、
を含み、
前記複数のコア部のうち一つのコア部の周囲にコイルを配置する段階を含む、請求項17に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記コア部を製造する段階は、金属フレークと樹脂を含む円筒状構造体を射出成形して形成する段階を含み、
前記コア部の周囲にコイルを配置する段階は、円筒状構造体の周囲にコイルを配置する段階を含み、
前記円筒状構造体を複数のコア部に切断する段階をさらに含み、
前記磁性体を形成する段階は、周囲に配置されたコイルを有する複数のコア部のうち一つのコア部を囲むように形成する、請求項17に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。 - 前記コア部を製造する段階は、射出成形して第1の充填率を有するようにコア部を形成し、磁性体を形成する段階は、前記コア部の第1の充填率より低い第2の充填率を有するように磁性体を形成する、請求項17から19のいずれか1項に記載のコイル電子部品の製造方法。
