Claims (11)
- 基板と、
前記基板の主面上にめっき成長で設けられたコイルと、
前記基板の主面上に設けられ、前記コイルの巻回部が間に延びる複数の樹脂壁を有する樹脂体と、
磁性粉含有樹脂からなり、前記基板の主面の前記コイルと前記樹脂体とを一体的に覆うとともに前記樹脂体の外周側において前記基板の主面を覆う被覆樹脂と
を備え、
前記巻回部の上面と前記樹脂壁の上端面とが同一平面になっており、
前記基板の主面上に複数並んだ樹脂壁のうち、最外に位置する樹脂壁の厚さおよび最内に位置する樹脂壁の厚さが、最外に位置する樹脂壁と最内に位置する樹脂壁との間に位置する樹脂壁の厚さより厚い、コイル部品。 - 前記巻回部と前記被覆樹脂との間に介在するとともに前記巻回部を覆う絶縁膜をさらに備え、前記巻回部を覆う部分の前記絶縁膜が均一厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルが、前記基板の主面上に配されたシード部と、該シード部上にめっき成長させためっき部とを有する、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記樹脂体の樹脂壁の断面形状が四角形状である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記樹脂体の樹脂壁の断面は底辺の長さに対する高さの比が1より大きく、該樹脂壁が前記基板の主面の法線方向に沿って長く延びている、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルの巻回部の断面形状が四角形状である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイルの巻回部の断面は底辺の長さに対する高さの比が1より大きく、該巻回部の断面が前記基板の主面の法線方向に沿って長く延びている、請求項6に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記樹脂体の樹脂壁の高さが前記コイルの巻回部の高さより高い、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記樹脂体は、前記基板の主面上に前記コイルがめっき成長される前に設けられ、
前記コイルの巻回部は、前記樹脂体の樹脂壁に接着されていない、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。 - 複数の樹脂壁を有する樹脂体が主面上に設けられた基板を準備する工程と、
前記基板の主面上に、前記樹脂壁の間に巻回部が延びるように、かつ、該巻回部の上面と前記樹脂壁の上端面とが同一平面になるように、コイルをめっき成長させる工程と、
磁性粉含有樹脂からなる被覆樹脂で、前記基板の主面の前記コイルと前記樹脂体とを一体的に覆うとともに前記樹脂体の外周側において前記基板の主面を覆う工程と
を含み、
前記基板の主面上に複数並んだ樹脂壁のうち、最外に位置する樹脂壁の厚さおよび最内に位置する樹脂壁の厚さが、最外に位置する樹脂壁と最内に位置する樹脂壁との間に位置する樹脂壁の厚さより厚いコイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記コイルをめっき成長させる工程の際、前記樹脂壁の高さを超える高さまで前記コイルの前記巻回部を成長させた後、前記巻回部の上面を研磨して該巻回部の上面と前記樹脂壁の上端面とを同一平面にする、請求項10に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
