Description
Claims (6)
- 流動材を流動させながら燃料を燃焼する燃焼室を有する流動床燃焼炉であって、
前記燃焼室を形成する炉壁を覆う耐火物を備え、
前記耐火物は、
部材を前記炉壁より炉内側に進入させるための貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔の一部を形成し、前記部材よりも炉内側にまで突出する突起部と、
前記燃焼室の下側に形成された底部と、を有し、
前記突起部は、
その上面に前記流動材が堆積する流動材堆積面と、
前記流動材堆積面に続く炉内側の上面が下り勾配の傾斜面と、を有し、
前記底部を平面視して、前記流動材堆積面及び前記傾斜面は、前記底部と重複していない、流動床燃焼炉。 - 流動材を流動させながら燃料を燃焼する燃焼室を有する流動床燃焼炉であって、
前記燃焼室を形成する炉壁を覆う耐火物を備え、
前記耐火物は、
部材を前記炉壁より炉内側に進入させるための貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔の一部を形成し、前記部材よりも炉内側にまで突出する突起部と、
前記炉壁上に設けられて所定の厚みを有する壁面部と、を有し、
前記突起部は、
その上面に前記流動材が堆積する流動材堆積面と、
前記流動材堆積面に続く炉内側の上面が下り勾配の傾斜面と、
前記傾斜面と前記壁面部との間に延びる斜面と、
前記斜面に開口すると共に前記貫通孔を形成する開口部と、を有する、流動床燃焼炉。 - 流動材を流動させながら燃料を燃焼する燃焼室を有する流動床燃焼炉であって、
前記燃焼室を形成する炉壁を覆う耐火物を備え、
前記耐火物は、
部材を前記炉壁より炉内側に進入させるための貫通孔と、
前記貫通孔の一部を形成し、前記部材よりも炉内側にまで突出する突起部と、を有し、
前記突起部は、その上面に前記流動材が堆積する流動材堆積面を有する、流動床燃焼炉。 - 前記突起部は、前記流動材堆積面に続く炉内側の上面が下り勾配の傾斜面を有する、請求項3に記載の流動床燃焼炉。
- 前記耐火物は、前記燃焼室の下側に形成された底部を有し、
前記底部を平面視して、前記流動材堆積面及び前記傾斜面は、前記底部と重複していない、請求項4に記載の流動床燃焼炉。 - 前記耐火物は、前記炉壁上に設けられて所定の厚みを有する壁面部をさらに有し、
前記突起部は、前記傾斜面と前記壁面部との間に延びる斜面と、前記斜面に開口すると共に前記貫通孔を形成する開口部と、を有する、請求項4又は5に記載の流動床燃焼炉。
