Description
バイオマス燃料は、スクリューコンベヤ8によって搬送されて、導入口7内を通り燃焼室3内に供給される。導入口7内には耐摩耗板14が施工され、耐摩耗板14は、スクリューコンベヤ8の先端部8aから前方に張り出すと共に、導入口7の下側内周面7aに沿って配置されているので、スクリューコンベヤ8の先端部8aから排出されたバイオマス燃料は、耐摩耗板14に当たり耐摩耗板14の裏面側の耐火物6に当たらない。これにより、導入口7の下側内周面7aの耐火物6の摩耗を防止することができる。その結果、耐火物6の損傷を防止することができ、燃焼炉1の点検周期の延長及び修繕費の抑制を図ることができる。
Claims (2)
- 燃焼室に導入される固形物が通過する導入口に設けられる耐摩耗板であって、
前記固形物を斜め下方に搬送する搬送手段における前記燃焼室側の先端部と、前記導入口における前記燃焼室側の端部との間で、前記導入口の下側内周面の耐火物を覆っていることを特徴とする耐摩耗板。 - 前記搬送手段のケーシングの前記先端部は、前記導入口に挿入され、
前記ケーシングの前記先端部に固定され、前記固形物の流れの下流側へ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐摩耗板。
