Abstract
Provided is a fluidized bed combustion furnace in which it is possible to reduce abrasion of the heat-resistant protrusion portion and thus it is possible to increase the lifespan. In the fluidized bed combustion furnace, heat-resistant protrusion portions 10 and 20 configured to protrude from the heat-resistant material 6 to the inner portion of the furnace are provided in a vertically middle portion of an inner surface of the heat-resistant material 6 which covers an inner side of the furnace wall 1 configured to form a combustion chamber 2 and upper surfaces of the heat-resistant protrusion portions 10 and 20 have flat surfaces 11 and 21. Accordingly, in the flat surfaces 11 and 21, pools of fluid material, in which the fluid material which flows downward along the heat-resistant material 6 is accumulated, are formed. Thus, subsequent fluid material flowing downward drops into the fluid material in the pools of the fluid material. Thus, the subsequent fluid material flowing downward is prevented from directly dropping onto the flat surfaces 11 and 21. The most illustrated drawing is FIG.1.
