Claims (4)
- 原料及び流動材が流動する流動床を形成しながら前記原料を燃焼する燃焼室を備え、前記燃焼室を形成する炉壁が内側から耐火物により覆われると共に、前記耐火物の内面の上下方向途中に、前記耐火物より炉内に突出する耐火物突起部を有する流動床燃焼炉であって、
前記耐火物突起部は、その上面に、前記流動材が堆積する流動材堆積面を有する流動床燃焼炉。 - 前記耐火物突起部は、前記耐火物側の上面に前記流動材堆積面を有すると共に、前記流動材堆積面に続く炉内側の上面に下り勾配の傾斜面を有する請求項1記載の流動床燃焼炉。
- 前記耐火物突起部は、前記炉内に原料を供給するための原料供給口が開口された耐火物突起部、又は、バーナー開口部が開口されたバーナータイルである請求項1又は2記載の流動床燃焼炉。
- 前記原料は、石炭、又は、バイオマス、又は、廃タイヤである請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の流動床燃焼炉。
