Claims (4)
- 1次側通路および2次側通路が設けられたボディと、ボディの上側に設けられた筒状のケーシングと、上下移動することで1次側通路と2次側通路との連通を開放または遮断する弁体と、弁体と一体で上下移動するステムと、連通が開放される時の1次側通路の流体圧力の設定値を設定する開放圧力設定手段と、1次側通路の流体圧力に無関係に連通を強制的に開放する強制開放手段とを備え、通常時は連通が遮断されて1次側通路の流体圧力が設定値を超えた際に連通が開放されるとともに、必要に応じて連通を強制的に開放することができる真空弁であって、
開放圧力設定手段は、ステムに固定された受け部材と、下端が受け部材に支持されたステム付勢手段と、ステム付勢手段の上端を押さえて軸方向に移動可能な調整ねじとを有し、強制開放手段は、受け部材の下方においてステムに上下移動可能に嵌められたピストンと、圧縮空気によってピストンを上方に移動させて、ピストンと受け部材とを一体で上方に移動させるピストン駆動手段とを有していることを特徴とする真空弁。 - 調整ねじは、軸方向に延びる貫通孔を有しており、ステムの上端部が、調整ねじの貫通孔の下端部内に上下移動可能に嵌め入れられており、ピストン駆動手段は、ケーシング内に設けられてピストンを移動可能に収納するピストン収容室と、調整ねじの貫通孔の上端部に設けられた圧縮空気導入管接続部と、ステムの上端から下方に延びる圧縮空気導入用軸方向通路と、圧縮空気導入用軸方向通路から径方向外方に延びてピストン収容室下部に通じる圧縮空気導入用軸方向通路とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1の真空弁。
- ピストン駆動手段は、ケーシング内に設けられてピストンを移動可能に収納するピストン収容室と、ケーシングの周壁に設けられてピストン収容室下端に設けられた環状凹所を介してピストン収容室下部に通じる圧縮空気導入管接続部とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1の真空弁。
- 強制開放手段は、ピストンを下向きに付勢するピストン付勢手段をさらに有していることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の真空弁。
