Description

g.製品受容容積内のいずれかの残りの開口部を閉じる工程、
h.分配要素に閉鎖機構をもたらす工程、
i.膨脹可能チャンバを膨張させる工程、
j.剛性を維持するために膨張したチャンバを閉じる工程。

e.少なくとも1つの可撓性シートの少なくとも一層の少なくとも1表面に1つ以上の飾りを施す工程。
a.第1可撓性外側シート及び第1可撓性内側シートから第1シートアセンブリ部分を形成する工程、
b.第1可撓性内側シートを第1可撓性外側シートと結合して、少なくとも1つの膨脹可能チャンバ及び膨脹可能チャンバにより少なくとも一部境界された多壁パネルを形成する工程であって、可撓性外側シート及び可撓性内側シートは、多壁パネル内において互いに重複する、工程、
c.第2可撓性外側シート及び第2可撓性内側シート、少なくとも1つの可撓性シートから第2シートアセンブリ部分を形成する、工程、
d.第1のシートアセンブリ部分及び第2のシートアセンブリ部分を少なくとも部分的に結合し、少なくとも一部が少なくとも1つの製品受容容積を形成する、工程、
e.少なくとも1つの製品受容容積に流動性製品を導入する工程。

c.少なくとも1つの可撓性シートから第2シートアセンブリ部分を形成する工程と、
d.第1のシートアセンブリ部分及び第2のシートアセンブリ部分を少なくとも部分的に結合し、少なくとも一部が少なくとも1つの製品受容容積を形成する、工程、
e.上記少なくとも1つの製品受容容積と連通する分配要素を組み込む工程。
f.製品受容容積内の開口部を通じて、又は分配要素を通じて、製品受容容積内に包装される製品を導入する工程、
g.製品受容容積内のいずれかの残りの開口部を閉じる工程、
h.分配要素に閉鎖機構をもたらす工程、
i.膨脹可能チャンバを膨張させる工程、
j.剛性を維持するために膨張したチャンバを閉じる工程。
a.第1可撓性外側シート、及び第1可撓性内側シートから第1シートアセンブリ部分を形成する工程、
b.第1可撓性内側シートを第1可撓性外側シートと結合して、少なくとも1つの膨脹可能チャンバ及び膨脹可能チャンバにより少なくとも一部境界された多壁パネルを形成する工程であって、可撓性外側シート、及び可撓性内側シートは、多壁パネル内において互いに重複する、工程、
c.少なくとも1つの可撓性シートから第2シートアセンブリ部分を形成する工程と、
d.第1のシートアセンブリ部分及び第2のシートアセンブリ部分を少なくとも部分的に結合し、少なくとも一部が少なくとも1つの製品受容容積を形成する、工程、
e.少なくとも1つの可撓性シートの少なくとも一層の少なくとも1表面に1つ以上の飾りを施す工程。
a.第1可撓性外側シート、及び第1可撓性内側シートから第1シートアセンブリ部分を形成する工程、
b.第1可撓性内側シートを第1可撓性外側シートと結合して、少なくとも1つの膨脹可能チャンバ及び膨脹可能チャンバにより少なくとも一部境界された多壁パネルを形成する工程であって、可撓性外側シート、及び可撓性内側シートは、多壁パネル内において互いに重複する、工程、
c.第2可撓性外側シート、及び第2可撓性内側シート、少なくとも1つの可撓性シートから第2シートアセンブリ部分を形成する、工程、
d.第1のシートアセンブリ部分及び第2のシートアセンブリ部分を少なくとも部分的に結合し、少なくとも一部が少なくとも1つの製品受容容積を形成する、工程、
e.少なくとも1つの製品受容容積に流動性製品を導入する工程。
Claims (5)
- 可撓性容器の形成方法であって、
前記可撓性容器に頂部、底部、正面、背面、側面および外周を形成し、前記容器の前記正面と前記背面とを前記容器の前記側面よりも大きな面積で形成する形成方法であって、
前記形成方法は、
第1シートアセンブリに、第1可撓性外側シート、及び第1可撓性内側シートをもたらす工程を含み、
前記第1可撓性内側シートの少なくとも一部を、前記第1可撓性外側シートの少なくとも一部に接合したシームによって第1多壁パネルを画定し、
前記第1多壁パネルの実質的に全周囲のすべてに沿って、互いに重ねて前記シームで接続し、前記シームで囲われた部分の前記第1可撓性内側シートと前記第1可撓性外側シートとは、重ね合っているが互いに接続されず独立するように形成され、
前記第1多壁パネルは、膨張チャンバを備えていない非構造的パネルであり、
前記第1多壁パネルが、製品容積を持った空間の少なくとも一部を形成し、
前記第1可撓性内側シートを含むが、前記第1可撓性外側シートを含まない、製品容積の少なくとも一部を形成する工程と、を含み、
前記第1シートアセンブリにおいて、1つ以上の可撓性材料に張力を作り出すため、大気圧よりも高い圧力の1つ以上のガスが充填され、1つ以上の可撓性材料から作製された充填可能なスペースである膨張構造的支持容積を備えた複数の構造的支持部材を形成し、
複数の前記構造的支持部材で形成された構造的支持フレームは、前記非構造的パネルを少なくとも部分的に囲んで互いに接続され、前記製品容積を持った空間の少なくとも一部を形成し、
前記非構造的パネルは、前記非構造的パネルで張力を作り出す前記構造的支持フレームによって前記容器の外周に沿って境界を定め、前記構造的支持フレームが前記容器の前記頂部、前記底部及び前記側面とを形成し、
前記製品容積を持った空間を備えた前記可撓性容器の前記空間に、流動性製品を直接充填する工程を更に含む形成方法。 - 第2シートアセンブリに、第2可撓性外側シート及び第2可撓性内側シートをもたらす工程と、
前記第2可撓性内側シートの少なくとも一部を、前記第2可撓性外側シートの少なくとも一部に結合して、
第2多壁パネル、及び前記第2可撓性内側シートを含むが、前記第2可撓性外側シートを含まない、前記製品容積の少なくとも一部、を形成する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2シートアセンブリにおける結合する工程は、結合して前記第2シートアセンブリ内に少なくとも1つの前記構造的支持部材を形成する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2シートアセンブリにおける結合する工程は、結合して、前記第2シートアセンブリ内に少なくとも1つの前記構造的支持部材を形成する工程を含み、前記少なくとも1つの前記構造的支持部材が、少なくとも1つの構造的支持容積を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記構造的支持部材は、前記容器の前記外周を形成する頂部構造的支持部材を含み、前記容器の前記頂部に沿って水平に向けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
