Claims (10)
- 自車両のアクセル制御手段の動きを監視し、又は検知し、
アクセル制御手段が、自車両のパワートレインにより発揮される力の大きさを減少させる方向に、所定の第一速度を超える大きさの速度で動かされるとき、ブレーキ・プレアーム作動を実行し、前記ブレーキ・プレアーム作動が、自車両のブレーキ液の圧力を増加させ、それにより、当該ブレーキ圧が実質的に増加する場合に自車両の減速に要する時間を短縮させる作動であり、
少なくとも一個のセンサーにより、自車両の外部の環境で一以上の対象物体を監視し、
自車両と前記一以上の対象物体との間の所定の相対運動の向きの検知に応じて、少なくとも一の動作を始動させ、
アクセル制御手段が、パワートレインにより発揮される力の大きさを減少させる方向に、所定の第二速度を超える速度で動かされるとき、前記少なくとも一の動作の始動を行わせないよう構成された装置。 - 前記所定の第一速度及び、前記所定の第二速度が、実質的に同一である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の第一速度が、前記所定の第二速度より小さいものとした請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の第一速度が、前記所定の第二速度より大きいものとした請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一の動作が、ブレーキ液の圧力を増加させ、それにより、自車両を減速させることを備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一の動作が、自車両のパワートレインにより自車両の一個以上の車輪に伝達される力の大きさを減少させることを備える請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置を備える自動車であって、前記アクセル制御手段がアクセルペダルを備える自動車。
- 少なくとも一個のセンサーにより、自車両の外部の環境で一以上の対象物体を監視する装置であって、該装置は、
自車両と前記一以上の対象物体との間の所定の相対運動の向きの検知に応じて、少なくとも一の動作を始動させ、
自車両の一以上の制御入力を監視するとともに、所定の運動の一以上の制御入力が検知される場合に、前記少なくとも一の動作の始動が実行されないように、前記少なくとも一の動作の始動を行わず、
自車両のアクセル制御手段の動きを監視し、又は検知し、
アクセル制御手段が、自車両のパワートレインにより発揮される力の大きさを減少させる方向に、所定の第一速度を超える大きさの速度で動かされるとき、ブレーキ・プレアーム作動を実行し、前記ブレーキ・プレアーム作動が、自車両のブレーキ液の圧力を増加させ、それにより、当該ブレーキ圧が実質的に増加する場合に自車両の減速に要する時間を短縮させる作動であり、
少なくとも一個のセンサーにより、自車両の外部の環境で一以上の対象物体を監視し、
自車両と前記一以上の対象物体との間の所定の相対運動の向きの検知に応じて、少なくとも一の動作を始動させ、
アクセル制御手段が、パワートレインにより発揮される力の大きさを減少させる方向に、所定の第二速度を超える速度で動かされるとき、前記少なくとも一の動作の始動を行わせないよう構成された装置。 - 前記少なくとも一の動作が、ブレーキ液の圧力を増加させ、それにより、自車両を減速させることを備える請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一の動作が、自車両のパワートレインにより自車両の一個以上の車輪に伝達される力の大きさを減少させることを備える請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
